It's simply not appropriate to add a tip screen for a job of this kind and one so expensive. In addition, tips are for exceptional service. How is the average customer supposed to know if they've received exceptional carpet service? Lastly, the tip screen at check out also creates an awkward moment between the customer and the tech in the customer's own home. This is most unacceptable. Dry-N-Clean should pay their own employees what they think they deserve and charge accordingly. That should not be left of to the customer.

Jim was on time, thorough, and the carpets dried within a couple of hours. I liked that they were not "soaked" with liquid when he finished.
