Each visit things were overlooked. For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked. Then over the past couple of months there was always a little issue with my cleaning. Corners not swept etc. The last "cleaning" I was billed for was a joke. I think they vacuumed the one room with carpet and that is it. My hardwood floors still had visible dirt my sinks were obviously not cleaned. When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.
