Was quoted $192 which seemed steep but I wanted it done right. The day of the appointment the cleaner contacted me directly and said she wanted to come 90 minutes later than the appt, which was annoying but whatever. Let her in and walked her through the EMPTY condo, and all the things I needed done. Came back the next morning- floors weren't mopped, nothing dusted, baseboards dirty, and the TOILET hadnt been touched. It wasn't even a "regular" clean! Reached out to the company, they said they'd sens someone by 11:30a (I was on a timeline this day). At 1:30p someone showed up (at this point I had had to cancel two appointments). They would not refund my money, and after the 2nd hour of waiting offered me $40 off. At that point I wanted to just punt and leave. Walked the next person through what hadn't been done. Went to eat and came back, she said she had 20 min left, I noticed the baseboards in the kitchen still weren't clean so pointed them out to her. Came back today and the baseboards are still filthy. Got on my hands and knees and cleaned them myself. FLEE from this company and find a decent place that won't screw you over.

For example, window sills not wiped out, beds made up lumpy, tops of the fridge and bookshelves ignored, toilet tanks not wiped down etc. While the owner is very nice, I believe he tries to fit too many houses into one day. My visit today lasted one hour and 10 minutes for a three bedroom two bath house. You can imagine in that amount of time what was overlooked. Last month, my boyfriend hired Atlanta Eco Cleaners to clean one of his rental properties in Marietta to prepare it for new tenants. When he originally spoke to the owner, Amanda, they agreed to have the property cleaned on Thursday, December 17th, as he had tenants moving in on Sunday, December 20th. When they spoke, he was only told that a cleaning crew would come in that day. He gave her his credit card number, and Amanda said she'd call him with the exact time that they would be there. She never called and never emailed a receipt or a cancellation policy for her company. On the morning of December 17, my boyfriend's phone died. By 9:30am the phone was charged and he turned it on to see a text from Amanda asking for entry instructions into his property. He immediately called her back, explaining that he didn't know what time she was planning on coming to clean. He asked if she could reschedule for later that week. She said she was entirely booked that day, was going out of town that night and wouldn't be able to come back out. He asked her to call him if any times opened up and reiterated that he needed to have the property cleaned before the tenants moved in that weekend. He never heard back from her. The next night, he checked his bank account and realized he'd been charged the full amount for the cleaning: $229. He immediately texted Amanda and asked her why she took the money without performing any services. She responded by saying that the cancellation policy was listed on her website (note that you have to go under the a secondary page, at the very bottom to find it). Due to this happening right before the holidays, they didn't speak again for several weeks. When he finally got her on the phone, he asked again if she would reimburse the $229, and she told him that she would not reimburse the money. He then replied that he'd write negative reviews on her, because people needed to be warned about her unethical business practices. She responded saying she "had a very good attorney and would file a Slander lawsuit." Funny, if her "very good attorney " had taught her anything, she would know the difference between libel and slander and the situations under which each can be applied. This woman is a thief and I hope no one else has to go through an ordeal like this with her again.

When I contacted the service (via text as I always have) I was told to call before 5pm. My response was that I would not be able to call before 5. I let Lisa know I couldn't. She said I would need to contact her by phone before 5 during the week. This isn't possible with my work schedule. My schedule is the whole reason I use a service. Since this wasn't resolved and since I was charged for a service I didn't receive I cancelled my services. Lisa's response was sarcastic and unprofessional.
