I was then late for work because I was waiting around to figure out what was happening. I figured fine, at least my house will be clean. But I paid $300 for a 'deep clean' and there are several areas clearly untouched. The couch was not vacuumed even though I have cats and it clearly needed it. Plus there are several areas on the floor where there is glaringly still cat hair & dirt. Not worth the money or the time waiting around. They came back for a free clean and it was decent. I appreciate them trying to make it right but I won't rebook.

She and her partner arrived in the morning for a deep clean and worked very efficiently and quickly. They left a few hours later- deep clean was very involved- and the house was SPOTLESS! Requested a standard clean and got what I would call subpar service. Came on time and sent pictures…read morethat seemed fine, but when I was able to get to the house it was obvious they had vacuumed once over and then mopped just enough for the floors to be wet for pics. Not what I would have expected for the price. Maybe I should have sprung for the up charged service, but it had the services I needed in the standard. I guess they just don't do them as well in the standard cleaning package.
