He explained he could repair the leak but not the heater due to the complexity involved . I was pleasantly surprised. Next, he suggested a trustworthy, local (for me) company in Arcadia he'd like to refer and will send me the information. Within 10-15 minutes, I get a text from him sharing that he made a call to the owner, described the issues found, and confirmed they can handle both.
