I would've gladly given Marco the job simply based on one thing - Putting the client's best interest in mind FIRST. On the day of the inspection Mike (appears to be the head of the repairing team) called to say the technician was sick and could not come. While things happen, there was no apology -- only that he didn't want to "waste my time," even though my whole day had already been disrupted. In addition, I don't understand why the inspection/repair team could not perform the promised service simply because one technician was unavailable. This is not a one-person company, and you would expect reasonable backup arrangements in place. Last-minute cancellation with no apology shows little respect for a customer's time. I hope the company will respond and demonstrate accountability by offering a prompt, reliable rescheduled appointment and appropriate consideration for the inconvenience. I would like to see how they make this right.
