Initially, I had a concept for the video that he expanded and sharpened to make it more effective. He suggested changes to the script to add a more powerful call to action. Further, he was very professional throughout the entire process. I had some difficulty with the script (a little stage fright) and he patiently worked through that issue. I was really happy with how he was able to execute the concept. He knew exactly how every scene should work and made sure he got everything he needed to produce a professional result. Finally, the result exceeded my expectations on several fronts. For example, I know how difficult it can be to get good sound when filming a video. I hired Greg Stowers to do architectural plans through a business connection for the remodeling of…read moremy home in Sunnyvale with a signed contract. He initially submitted plans to the City for planning approval. Towards the middle of 2023, Mr. Stowers did not respond to my messages for updates. I checked with Sunnyvale Planning and found out that he never responded to the City to answer questions they had about the project even once. He apparently abandoned my project without any explanation or notice. On further investigation on my part, I found out he submitted the original plans with his stamp without an architect's license even though he is going public as being licensed. I understand that this is considered fraud with the state. The CA Architect Board is in the process of investigating my case. The majority of his fees had been paid. I now see from previous Yelp reviews that Mr. Stowers has also abandoned his clients in the past. I would not recommend anyone to use his services. There are more ethical architectural firms in the area.

We even recommended him to our general contractor and interior designers to work on their other projects. By mid-project Greg started to trail off and would not respond to emails/texts or attend meetings. We were hearing the same complaints from others working with Greg on their projects. By then we were almost done with the designs and planning, and could finish the project without his help. We ended our contract with Greg, paid on his invoices, and requested our retainer back ($2,500). And that was the last of it. After repeated emails and phone calls over a period of 6 months we never heard back from Greg. Needless to say we never received our money. We will be filing a claim with the Small Claims Court shortly. I hope our experience serves as a guidance when considering to hire Greg Stowers.

Our firm underwent a name change, which required a new logo (which is what I set out to do, initially). I spoke with Rami at Inikosoft and decided that they were a great fit for the job. We could not have been more correct. Rami and AnnMarie worked with me/us in creating a logo - patiently going back and forth with several mock-ups and proposed designs. Once we decided on the logo, the team sent multiple versions of it to us so that we could utilize it across various platforms. Then, I was happy to hear that they could also help with designing and printing new business cards, envelopes, and letterhead for us. Again, we went back and forth formulating the design. Zach helped us select paper stock before getting everything printed and sent to our office. He and the team also helped coordinate signage work for our office utilizing our new logo. Inikosoft simply went above and beyond our expectations, all the while working with us and making key recommendations/suggestions along the way. Such a fantastic team! Pricing was competitive. Turnaround and response time was super quick. Highly Recommended!
