Our arrival was met with multiple groups of people already waiting to be helped. Don't let this discourage you, the staff works pretty quickly. Depending on how intricate the order is, the wait may be longer but I appreciate the staff not rushing customers. My advice is coming in with some screenshots of what you are in need of. The employees will give their own recommendations and adjustments that would ensure a beautifully made product. Cost is pricey but fair! Project can typically done within a day or so. These guys work quickly!! 5/5 stars. Our tees came out great and our whole group coordinated well for our Universal trip. The star details on the design were left out but the finished product was still very pretty. RANDOM TIP: I find handwashing our tees adds longevity to the print.

It's not like the $250 ones they sell that are probably better but this is more suitable for me as I only go to about 2-3 games a year.

The guy that answered the phone was very sarcastic and passive aggressive. I had many questions and he did not seem to appreciate them. Me: "Do you do walk-ins?" Him: "No, we just do appointments. We tried working out a time over the phone and he was pretty considerate about working around his personal schedule, but I wish he just gave me a general time frame to work with. I was in and out of there. It was about $60 (I can't remember how much) But it was a good price for me. I was pleased with the work! I forgot to take a picture of the sweaters but I the gift ended up being a hit! I recommend them! Note: this was for one embroidery on two sweaters. Paid $629.39, got nothing…read more I hope you read this review before ordering from U-Brand, and avoid my mistake of believing that Peter has the client's best interest in mind. Hired U-Brand to print t-shirts for my school. Peter has received the design in EPS file, true to size, I also stated the size I want in the email. For some reason he enlarged it 3 times. When I came to pick up the t-shirts and discovered the wrong sizing, I asked to fix the issue, instead of the apology Peter blamed me, refuse to cooperate or correct the mistake. A couple of days later, he sent me an email confirming that he had made a mistake, and demanding that we pay more for the reprint of the order. He did not refund me either. Dealing with customers this way is truly concerning. Be careful.
