Didn't know ram 1500 was European. I mean fiat did buy them out a few years ago. I'm just not understanding how they justify this costs.

But to turn around and try and charge $300 for a battery which the battery is new, we just bought the truck 3 months ago. Then to do an engine flush-which may have been necessary if the sensor was fixed and the screens were cleaned and then to do a full synthetic oil change when the oil change was just done as well. And the best part is the check engine light came right back on no more than 2 hours after picking up the truck. Absolutely a joke of a shop, way overpriced and like to dig for everything else to nickel and dime you overman actually fix the problem!!!

Are you guys kidding me I am not stupid all the quotes and estimates from Rob's went in the trash I felt I was getting ripped off. I felt misled when I told them I was looking for a lower priced independent repair shops to my dealer and got insane pricing for their labor and parts markup.
