Cut to a few weeks later right before a big trip we planned with a campsite on the water, we had issues with the boat that were no fault of the Dealer's. Emily in Service was amazing and they got me in right away and when they couldn't fix it immediately, they offered me to take their demo boat to not ruin the trip. THIS is customer service and that is how you treat a customer. Even the Service dude was awesome when he came out to explain what was going on with the boat. 10/10 would recommend, they now have a customer for life.
