I assure you that this detailed review most accurately represents OUR EXPERIENCE with this business. My fiancé (girlfriend at the time) and I visited tiki image about a year and a half ago for couples massages. It was a great first experience and that led to us scheduling our second visit. Our second visit was scheduled for the beginning of August 2019 as a congrats to us for our engagement. On the day of the massage, we received a phone call informing us that they'd have to cancel our massages due to a last minute illness of one of the masseuses. Completely understood and we were offered a free add-on as an apology. Fast forward to today-- we made another appointment for couples massages and mentioned the promised add-on and it was granted (or so we thought). We entered the room at 4:35pm and were lying in the bed at 4:38pm when both masseuses entered the room. We booked a 60-minute couples massage. SIXTY... SIX ZERO. Plus the ADD ON should have put us slightly over 60minutes. When the masseuses left the room, the clock read 5:22. That is a 44 minute massage AND additional add-on. We were in the room for far less than 60 minutes; let alone a 60 minute massage. I mentioned this to the receptionist who stated that it's 50 minutes because of a 5 minute consultation before and after-- no where is that mentioned in any confirmation email that we received nor was it mentioned when we arrived. Even still-- 44 minutes is 6 minutes less than the 50 it "should" have been. When I am paying for services, I expect to get what is paid for. Now, what about the add-on? It appears that it was more of an "in-lieu" of service. Again, I mentioned that to the receptionist who said 'it is already included in the time'-- which made absolutely no sense but I did not argue with her. Aside from above-- both of our massages were far below average. I left with a worse spasm in my back than I arrived and my fiancé whole-heartedly feels that her massage was cursory and rushed at best. It was clear that both masseuses were new and with little experience. (They were all very nice though). It is safe to say that neither of us will be back.

It was thoughtfully applied to enhance my features so that I looked like a glammed up version of myself, not like a drag queen with giant lashes, eyebrows and a face that was a totally different color than the rest of my body. She works quickly and is so easy to be around. My makeup lasted through outdoor photos in 95 degree heat and through a whole night of dancing. I even wore it the next day!
