Each step along the way we felt well communicated with and valued as a customer. Competitive pricing and overall all a great value. We had planned on doing a west facing wall but after showing Dave around at our problem areas and weighing the return on investment we decided on the attic. The first team removed all the old insulation with a giant vacuum, the took about 5 hours, the next team came the following day and sprayed in the new foam. There was one little issue that caused damage to the ceiling. They handled the issue like a professional company. They quickly let us know about the issue and had a repair scheduled the same day. I found the owner, Mike, to be very easy to work with...and that's with me creating some scheduling hurdles (to include having to reschedule the work once) due to my profession. The two-man crew showed up early in the morning on the day the work was scheduled...exactly as was discussed in advance; and they were cleaned up and gone around lunch time. While doing a little research, I noticed that while Diversified Insulation is not "accredited" with BBB.org, they do have an A+ rating with them.
