After asking multiple times I was told I would have to order it online to get it for that price. The item that me and the associates were all standing there touching. So I do, the order gets cancelled twice when I order online and of course no one understands how that could happen. They tell me they can not figure out how to sell me the item. I then stepped outside to try to see why the online order was cancelled and they closed the store 15 minutes early and ignored me. Will not be returning

Cheaper, more reliable (if you can believe that) and you can return something that doesn't fit, even when told it would. Or even better, go to a mom and shop hardware store and not a corporate one, although I'm sure ACE would be unhappy with this franchise's failure towards proper customer service considering the circumstances.

They could have said "no" and hung up, but someone decided to look it up on the tumblers website while I was on hold, and told me that the website sold the tops and I could get one there! How kind is that?!? My grandparents were owners of a general store... and this is how I remember them treating people! I love this place!

I had some trouble when I first bought this Hamilton Beach coffee maker. We received the wrong…read moremaker that didn't fit some of our "must-haves" and It was a Proctor-Silex, not a top-rated CR coffee maker. Thank you, Tommy (store manager) for taking care of this quickly. He made sure we received the coffee pot we initially ordered, and called to apologize for the mix-up. Tommy went the extra mile to ensure we were satisfied customers. I thought they would, as I've never had anything but the very best luck with Ace Hdwr. I'm glad there is one in Cleveland TX. The Specialty Coffee Association of America (SCAA) recommends 55g of freshly ground coffee @200ºF per liter of filtered water (1000g). The water should take 2-8 minutes to go through the grounds and into the cup. If I want just one cup I measure out 8g coffee / 145g water. Heat your water to 200ºF and with the carafe removed, pour into fresh grounds and let it set for 2-6 minutes. At this point, I put the carafe back in and let the coffee start dripping into the carafe for perfect coffee again. This is the main reason this pot rates as high as it does with CR. It heats well and the sizes as shown on the pot being off a little bit isn't a problem that 5th-grade ratios won't solve simply and quickly.

Tons of home decor, food, spices, holiday decor, linens, pillows and sooo much more. I took a lot of photos to post. You will see what I mean about "everything". So many cool things to purchase. First, let me say, the ladies who work here are just the sweetest. They stop and ask if you are looking for anything special and take you right to it. I was looking for some new rain boots and I was hoping they had some. One of sweet ladies took me right to them. (Wish I would have found out her name) I found the cutest pair and she took them up to register so I could continue shopping. (I'll post a photo) My hubby is NOT a shopper but surprising he was with me on my visit here. He told me the restroom was the CLEANEST restroom HE HAS EVER BEEN IN! WOW! If you are looking for clothes for the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo, this is the place to go!!!! Also, this a great place for those special gifts for hard to buy people. They had a lot of unique gifts that you don't see every where. I will definitely be shopping here again! Please look at all the photos I am posting, some cool cool stuff!

I showed her my sketch with approximate measurements and she rendered my concept to a 3D model. Fast forward, Aaron came to do the initial consultation and with a few tweaks the Master Closet design was brought to life. The process was smooth and he did such a fantastic job that I had two more closets designed. His designs provide the maximum amount of usable space proportionate to each closet and while some items were on backorder I was able to pick them up at the Woodlands location. I had to have a couple of shelves recut due to some adjustments, but the staff was top notch. Note: If you do not use all of the products in your design (i.e. extra anchor screws, shelve covers) you can return them for a store credit.

Also, this can be good or bad, but, Kirkland's also keeps the same inventory for ages. They rotate just enough to make it feel revamped and new, but you can find the same painting that you bought in 2010...also in 2018. I know because just a few months ago I intentionally browsed for an art piece that I received THAT long ago...and there it was looking brand new. Interesting! I also watched and waited for years for my favorite "Morning Window" art piece to go on sale...and it did and I love it!

SHOUT OUT to North Main Tool Rental at 11210 FM 1488. Magnolia, TX 77354 for going above and beyond…read morethe call of duty. We rented a generator from them during the outage. When returning it, we also had our generators on the truck that had failed and we were taking for service. The owner of North Main Tool Rental got out his propane tank and started them both (while standing in the hot sun and sweating)! They ran perfectly. He explained that sometimes when you hook up a propane tank they can get an air gap and that keeps them from starting. He said you simply turn off the tank unscrew the connection, you'll hear a hiss, hook it back up and it should work. May God bless he, his family and his business! He probably saved us a pile money for uneeded repair fees!
