They sent someone out to look at it to confirm the brand new grill doesn't work. Long story short they get the grills through a distributor not directly from Halo. After being tricked on the floor model and how the person manhandled the grill inspecting it I want them to refund me or give me a new grill. So far they are pointing fingers at Halo and Halo is pointing fingers at them and I am stuck with an non working grill. Don't buy from them! Stay away

We have an old gas fireplace and to start it the front screen and a trim piece have to be removed. They offered to install a remote starter which they did. Now I can light it without removing the screen and it works like a charm. I'm sorry I don't recall their names but the two guys were very professional and friendly and I highly recommend this company if you need work done on your fireplace.

Been using it almost every weekend--it holds temp like you wouldn't believe, and the huge capacity give you room for a huge cook--and tons of working space for smaller cooks. Mine is tricked out with about every option except the competition cart. 8" casters, side table, grab handles/towel racks on two sides, two large brass ball valves and one smaller one. I run it using an old BBQ Guru Cyber Q (though I'm jonesing for a Fireboard 2) and a Pit Bull fan. It uses about a pound of charcoal per hour, and the tuning plates are really helpful during long cooks. I've even called the folks at LSG with a couple of questions, and they were wonderfully helpful--kinda remarkable given that I bought used. Only complaint is the time it takes to get up to temp--usually an hour +. I strongly considered a Stumps or Assassin gravity fed smoker, but I'm *really* happy with the LSG. So much easier than the cheap-ass offsets I started with, and gets better results and is easier to clean than my old modded WSM 22".

Everyone at Cunningham was polite and professional even though I badgered Ashley over numerous details with several E mails. I finally connected with Jennifer and scheduled two service calls at an agreeable date and time. 1. The first visit was to fill the tank and Ron took care of that nicely even though the tank only needed a very minimal fill. 2. The second visit was from Lewis who was going to replace the gauge face, but after a brief discussion he pointed out that my gauge was most likely just fine mainly because Ron could only get about one gallon into the tank. After that, I apologized extensively to both Ron and Lewis for wasting their time but both were very understanding and there was no charge for either visit and the gauge is apparently ok. I was also pleasantly surprised that Cunningham does HVAC work and not just propane. I have a firm loyalty to companies that can meet all of my needs and maintain a high standard of ethics, and Cunningham is exactly that company! ...I only wish they could service my stand by Generac as well. So, when a tree fell during the hurricane and ruined my existing grill, I was at quite a loss. I do have a gas range inside, but without power, my gas oven will not work. Plus, I like to use my grill for an oven, too. The week after Beryl moved through here, I went to Cunningham to get a replacement grill. Because they keep such great records, they knew exactly which grill I had installed just 2 years ago, and I'm so thankful they had a new one in stock. And, believe it or not, they came out and installed it that afternoon! Now I could really cook! And cook I do on that grill, which is a big made-in-the-USA model. Love it and love the service from Cunningham.

I stopped in and I was there for 35 minutes waiting on them to "found the right keys" needed to cut them. 4 employees later and a lot of wasted time I was able to get them done. Every employee needs to be trained on key cutting and finding the correct key.
