The staff even came around and asked if we needed any help. As you can see in my photo I posted my husband needed no help finding anything! Btw-we tried the new shop vac and it is unbelievable! It cleaned up everything so fast! It's way better than the other one we have. More sturdy, the pressure is better and it has several attachments. I told my husband - it's like a Kirby of shop vacs! They also helped me load the machine I purchased into my Sudan even though the suggestion was to bring a suv, they were creative and took the machine out of the box so I could be able to take it home with me that day. At checkout $12.98. $6 dollars per profit to their bottom line if I didn't check and call them out on it. Won't be going back to Lowe's. At least not this deceptive location.
