There are 2 women behind the desk when you check in. One is worse than the other. She gets agitated if she has to get out of her chair and is very rude. Thank God he did bc we found a kidney stone that was too big to pass. He called me and set up surgery asap. The surgery was done in no time. I was worried about having a stent put in and Dr. Libby again listened and told me If he could blast up the stone enough he wouldn't have too. After surgery was over I found out he didn't have to put a stent in and I felt so relieved. I had no issues passing the broken up stone. I'm so thankful for a knowledgeable Dr. Who listens and cares! I was then told I need to do a urine test 15-20 minutes and give a bottle of water before a quarter to 4:00 - 1 hour an 15 minutes. After my 2:30 appointment after waiting there for so long I needed to use the restroom. So I could not go the bath room for their test. I needed to go to the rest room around at 3:15 PM after sitting there so long. Bring a Diabetic when you need to you have to go. If I would have been called in at the time for the appointment everything would of worked out. I don't expect red carpet treatment just equal and fair treatment.
