We were a bit skeptical at first because we weren't sure flowers were going to be an option. Sandra was well versed in the local, in season and fall aesthetics. The online image had at least 2 dozen flowers in white and pink the actual flowers they delivered while beautiful did not seem to match up to the extra extra large I paid for. It seems much smaller and I've written to ask about it with no reply. This is for my bestie's 50th bday and I'd love to have had better communication. They were nice enough to send via text pics of the arrangement when I asked about a taller vase and better arrangement based on what their website listed I got no reply. I placed an order for a Money Tree Plant for $57.93 on the Teleflora site and Delivered by Spring Flowers & Gifts on June 12, 2018 and am so disappointed in everything to do with Teleflora. First off, your site claims that orders placed before 3pm can be delivered same day, which is the reason I used your site (even though I've had bad experiences with your company in the past) - I will know better next time. Even though I ordered before 1pm for same day delivery, it did not get shipped, which means that my husband did not receive his birthday gift. So I went back on your site to select a different date for delivery, so I chose June 13, 2018. During the day on June 13th, I noticed that I received another email stating that Teleflora is again unable to deliver. So I called the Teleflora customer service number provided on the site and asked him to look into whether my order was going to be shipped on June 13th, he put me on a brief hold while he called the florist and when he came back on the line, he assured me that my order would be delivered that day (June 13th). I specifically asked if the plant I ordered would look the same with the same base -- he said that the base may be different depending on what they had, which is understandable but he assured me that whatever they send him would be similar or comparable to what I ordered. Then to my disbelief, my husband sent me a picture of what he received. He did not receive a plant at all, instead he received some flowers in a vase. How is this comparable to the Money Tree plant I ordered, I have no idea!!! I think Teleflora is a total scam site and I will be posting my disappointment on YELP and every other possible review site I can think of. I honestly don't know how you can run a business like this (actually I should call it a SCAM business). Teleflora offers THE WORST in customer service and the worst products I have ever encountered!!! read more

As I prepared for this years anniversary, I ordered flowers a week in advance. Thought I had one checked off the list. My wife then informs she was taking two days off before the day. I called Angela at the shop and asked if the arrangement could be delivered in four hours before the end of the day. Two hours later I get a pic of the beautiful flowers delivered. I received a lovely flower arrangement in a basket. I added a small amount of water. Imagine my surprise to see a widening circle of water on my dining room table. The basket was not lined - so water flowed through. What a disaster. This has never happened to me before and certainly is not the protocol for any florist. I tried to be happy with the service and product from Spring Flowers Florist out of Sonoma... I really did try... but it just didn't happen. My arrangement of 3 roses were old and already showing signs of stress when they arrived. They re-sent just the roses to replace the original ones and they had been sprayed with something that color spotted all the leaves. Poor quality and even though they offered to re send, the second order of roses were still damaged. Owner accused me of not keeping them in fresh water. Seriously? They don't include fresh flower packets with arrangements either. There are so many better florists. read more

we live out of town, and we ordered a birthday bouquet for an event in Sonoma. We used the online ordering feature which confirmed our purchase and pickup for Sunday morning. About a day later we recieved a call from the florist saying that the reservation was made in error, and that we would have to pick up the order on Saturday rather than Sunday. This meant we had to arrive in town a day early to pick up our order. The business owner was onsite when I arrived, and she commented on how the computer should not have made that reservation. She did not, however offer any apology or compensation for the mixup. I get it... the business is not open Sunday, but whether or not it should have done so, the website made a business commitment which the florist failed to honor. The flowers were nice, but the hassle and business practice turned me off. I'll go somewhere else in the future. read more
