I requested a bouquet of seasonal flowers with a bouquet of balloons, including one Congratulations Mylar balloon on top. To my surprise, Valencia Florist exceeded my expectations by including three Mylar balloons along with additional balloons . I put in my order last week and asked if I could pick it up at 9:30, they told me I wasn't able to do so, due to the fact that the roses I wanted weren't going to be delivered to the shop till 9am so they told me to pick it up at 11 instead, i said ok no problem. So I showed up at 11:30 and my flowers still weren't ready. They ended up delivering them to my house free of charge due to their lack of service, later in the day. I recalled seeing this flower shop a few times while driving home so I figured I could stop in really quick and buy a bouquet. The owner had just been slammed with a few wedding requests but she was kind enough to make me a custom arrangement for $10. I told her I wanted something with a variety of vibrant colors. We decided on some super fresh lily's she just had come in. Picked a vase, and gave here my own card, and gift to deliver with flowers. Flowers were delivered an hour later, and she put the gift in a nice bag for me as well. It is refreshing to get personal service, and be prompt at the same time. I needed to get a get well arrangement to take to the hospital and walked inside and they had arrangements already pre-made. I was able to select a cheery basket full of flowers that was perfectly arranged with enough flowers and greenery to look full. I also asked if they had helium balloons and was able to get 3 to tie to the flower basket. The customer service is TOP NOTCH and the prices are amazing for the quality and quantity. Supermarket and retail spaces sell bouquets of flowers and balloons that are quick and convenient BUT why give someone a loose hodge hodge of flowers and greenery that will need to be trimmed and arranged when you can buy pre-made or create a custom order? No hostess or gift recipient wants to deal with that! I will be patronizing the business again the quality, service, convenience and pricing are on point. I put in an order for a flower delivery 3 days in advance, I specifically asked to be delivered between 2-4pm. I put in the order with plenty of time and the delivery address was across the street from the shop. Still the flower did not get delivered till after 7pm right as the person intended for, was leaving work, and only after I left a message asking why the flowers didn't get delivered in time. When I called the next day and ask what had happen, the guy that answer told me that nothing gets deliver at the time promised, not even pizza, wonder where he is getting his pizza from.
