She was borderline argumentative and we ended up walking to see the item in the aisle as she didn't believe that the deal I was saying was true. I was indeed correct and she begrudgingly honored the deal. Awkward exchange that kind of soured an otherwise pleasant experience.

When customers take the time to raise legitimate concerns--especially involving food handling and cleanliness--it should be taken seriously and addressed immediately.
