I've been to this Culver's a few times and normally we stop just for ice cream. Today we stopped for a meal and it wasn't great. My daughter got the kids Mac and cheese meal and it tasted like cardboard with cheese. My husband's burger was undercooked and had to be remade and after they remade it they gave him the wrong burger and it was extremely smashed. What I can say about this Culver's is they always have a very clean restroom and the service is always fantastic. We are always greeted right away, the employees are always so patient and kind with the littles, and service is always quick. read more

I have eaten at Culver's in Wisconsin and other than the building style being different their food is pretty much identical and so is their service. Just wish their drive up windows were faster. I love frozen custard and this place is number one for me. read more

Food was cold when we picked it up. Scheduled it for pick up and even the custards were melted. Disappointing.

My Wisconsin Swiss was thrown together, a quarter open face, no onion, all the cheese melted at the bottom, outside the sandwich. Perhaps some quality control would be prudent? What a disappointment. read more

I absolutely love this culver's, it does take sometime for the food to come out but it's always hit and fresh.

Excellent service from taking the order to delivering it. The flavors are so delicious.

Ordered through the Culver's app for curbside pickup, expecting a quick and easy dinner. Got home to find a missing cheeseburger and mashed potatoes so dry they could star in a desert scene--no gravy in sight. Called the store, and their "solution"? Drive back for a replacement or schlep back for a refund. Dropped $51 on three meals, and they still fumbled the order like it's their first day. Judging by the flood of similar complaints, this location is cooked and desperately needs a management overhaul. It's a shame when your best bet for a decent meal feels like a roll of the dice. With so few options around, they're banking on convenience, not competence. read more

I came in for the Free Wisconsin cheese curds because the Tampa Bay Lightning won by scoring a goal in the third period. The curds were delicious. This is my first time eating at this Culver's. It's roomy and clean and the staff is very friendly. I'll be back for more. read more

Our first time ever in a Culver's and we both decided it won't be the last! Hubby ordered the double bacon deluxe with a vanilla shake that had added strawberries in it, and I ordered the two-piece fish dinner with broccoli and a side salad and a medium drink. The cashier gave me a cup for my drink and a number for the rest of our order, so we went looking for a table. This location is brand new, and pleasantly decorated. It has a drive-through, a large patio with tables and umbrellas, and a nice indoor dining room. Music is playing and the interior is bright and cheerful. Our order arrived quickly, and hubby commented that the fries are the best he's had in quite awhile. My dinner came with a small dinner roll and butter. I was surprised that the two pieces were as large as they were, plus the tartar sauce was great. Both of us enjoyed the meal and hubby commented that he would come back to this location, which is very convenient to where we live. read more

Worst customer service ever! Don't order custard here in the drive thru twice now they have forgotten my order. This last time they wanted to charge me twice for custard. It was our first time and might be our last. We ordered the fish plate and a double butter burger. Both had fries and hubby got a shake. The price was ridiculous! Over $35! We're not well off people. This was supposed to be a treat. The hamburger was really good but the fish was horrible. The French fried could have used a few more minutes in the fryer. The shake is excellent. That would be the only reason we'd ever go back. When asked for no tomatoes, there was money taken off. That means the fixings are Ala Carte.
