Atmosphere: When I got there they were very nice, professional, the place is clean, well decorated, very relaxing, take cash or card. Treatment: I opted for the 60 minute Chinese bodywork massage. It was wonderful. The piriformis can be a tough area to get into, but she knew how to manipulate my leg to get to it, unlike other masseuses I've been too. My lower back, leg, ankle felt so much better after the treatment. I know I'll need more treatments, however now I feel like my leg is getting better vs steadily getting worse. Other Comments: I don't get the previous reviewer. It's an Asian spa, how can you be so ignorant or intolerant to complain about Asian women speaking in their native language to each other. She must complain about cooks in Chinese restaurants, or girls at Korean nail salons too. I also had a second woman join my massage for a few minutes when nothing else was going on. Normally you have to pay extra for the 4 hand massage but they did not add it to my bill. Again, why would the previous reviewer complain about getting a higher level of service is beyond me. When I called in (booking online was very difficult) to make the appointments, they didn't have exactly what we were looking for available. They told me what was available, and we went with it: Sauna, mineral bath, and a massage for my wife. Sauna, and a cold plunge for me. Based on the few appointments available, I was expecting the spa to be busy when we arrived. It was actually completely deserted. I saw one other guy the entire time I was there. We got changed in our respective locker rooms, put on the nice robes and sandals, and went to the Relaxation Room to wait. The nice woman who checked us in told me that when my wife got taken for her bath, I should go to the sauna. So I did. I was in the sauna for about 10 minutes when it seemed markedly less hot. Because it was off. I had to get out of the sauna, put on some clothes, find an employee (not as easy as it sounds), and ask them to find someone who can turn the sauna back on. It runs on a timer, but they didn't think to check it would be on during the session for one of their two guests that morning? Seeing as how the sauna was half of my (not cheap) entire experience, this was a little off-putting. After we figured the sauna issue out, I was grabbed by my bath attendant. He led me to a room where it was clear that I had a hot bath waiting. I asked if the cold plunge would be afterward, he said there was no cold plunge but I could turn the bath colder if I'd like. I wasn't sure if I made a mistake, so I just went with it and hopped in the hot bath. About 10 minutes after I got in the bath, he came back and told me there was a mistake, and he had a cold plunge ready for me. So I got out of the bath, and followed him to a different room, and hopped in the cold plunge. Which was very nice. However, the runaround was also a little off-putting, and not the relaxing morning I was hoping for. All in all, the mineral baths are very cool. The water is unique and amazing and I'm glad we did it. For what it's worth, my wife said it was one of the best massages she's ever gotten. However, my experience was disorganized, and the facilities are a bit outdated. Beware: If you wear clothing into the bath, the mineral water will stain it. It would've been nice to have been warned about that beforehand.

She finds therapeutic pressure points and knots l didn't even know were there, and I always have a precious few days afterwards of not feeling "crunchy" and tight. On top of that, she has a really warm and welcoming bedside manner and is very prompt and organized when it comes to booking appointments (which can be done over text - yay!) On top of that, she takes a wholistic approach: After a session, she'll sometimes pull out an anatomy book, walk me through stretches, and talk about possible solutions (in my case, better arch support). My neck and back rotation has been incredible. The owner carefully listens to your needs and puts in place a plan to restore and work those muscle and tendons.
