She has been managing my property for two months now and I can only sing her praises. She has made contact with every tenant and set up reasonable dates to pick up rents, which has improved rent collection. She has focused on the pest control in a way that no one ever has. Did not have them as a landlord but, they did do renovations on a property I purchased. Per the inspection, they were supposed to fix or repair my roof, they lied and said they did. They even sent me a picture of a resealed roof that was implied to be mine, which in time proved to be some one elses roof. I've reached out to the owner and he refuses to return my calls or respond to my text messages. How do crooks like this stay in business?

My 10-year-old can pack better than these guys! Who takes a stack of ten dinner plates, wraps the entire stack in a single sheet of packing paper, throws it in the box with a bunch of other breakables, half fills the box so it gets smashed under the weight of other boxes thrown on top of it, and calls it good? Who takes the contents out of a drawer and tosses it into a box, helter-skelter, and thinks to himself, "Boy, that looks amazing?!" A house full of treasured mementos from years of world travel and government service, carelessly thrown into boxes, arrive at their destination, missing pieces or full of dents...once-spotless furniture is now dirty, chipped, and torn. My father-in-law even gave these guys a generous tip! These guys obviously could care less if they did a good job or not. Absolutely no pride in their work. I wouldn't recommend this company to my worst enemy. Actually, the ONLY time I would recommend this company is for anyone going through divorce or relationship breakup, if you need to get your ex's stuff outta the house. Maybe they should rewrite the company logo to say "We are who you call when you don't care what happens to your stuff...because we don't, either!"

I've never heard of such a thing! The front drawer of my antique dresser was broken off. When we complained about it, was told to get some glue. And as I'm unpacking, rearranging things I am finding more furniture damage. Also, I believe they were drawing out their time for more money. I specifically asked that certain things be loaded first versus last on the truck and this was completely ignored. It added alot of time. So we paid over $1000.00 and nothing was taken from my basement,garage or any of my outdoor furniture. That's ridiculous. We will never use them again.
