However, despite the parking lots not being full all the time, there are still occasionally people parking in the entry way, which narrows it down to 1 lane effectively and has nearly caused accidents on multiple occasions. At least one of them seems to be having adjustment problems. In a few days it will have been a month since moving in. There are days the dog barks for hours on end constantly. At first it was nearly all hours of daylight for two weeks. Fortunately, not at nighttime for most people. However, there are still bouts of endless barking for hours occasionally and it sounds like it's coming from directly under my roommate's room, who sleeps during the day for night work.

For example, several maintenance requests (that Blackwell verbally agreed to fix nearly three months ago) have been sitting in the online maintenance system with no action or response. The agents I have dealt with are nice in person and make lots of promises to do better, but as soon as I have signed renewal/lease paperwork each year they become downright hostile at times. Perhaps the real estate sales portion of the corporation is different, but the rental management side certainly isn't the small-town hospitality Blackwell tries to market.
