The crew who installed our A/C was the most unprofessional set of service people I've ever had at…read moremy house. They were vaping right at our front door. Cut sheet metal on top of our brand new floors. They let a ton of grime and dirt fall through the ceiling without placing any drop cloths down. When they walked away from the job, I had to call them to notify them they had inadvertently broken my heating. At first they thought it was a wire that wasn't installed (partially true), but they had also somehow blown some sort of sensor which caused all of my heat to be non-functional. While they did try to fix the problem, they didn't accept responsibility and proceeded to charge me for the troubleshooting time. I understand the heat issue was in a gray area where it could have / could not have been their fault, but the reality is: heat worked before they arrived, and did not when they left. Charging $200 on top of a $8000 install seems nickel and dimey at best when the customer was without heat and had to point that out to the crew. Oh yeah, and I ended up having to call *another* heating company to have *them* fix our furnace.
