Fans are only circulating hot air, leaving employees and customers sweating in miserable conditions. No one should have to work or do laundry like this. What's even more disappointing is they are failing to provide a safe and comfortable environment for the café owner, her employees, and all of us customers. The café owner is amazing and deserves so much better. She serves some of the best coffee in town, delicious food, and even offers the convenience of a drive-thru. She has created a wonderful business despite the unbearable conditions. It's time for the property owner to hurry and Fix the air conditioning. The people who work there and the customers who support these businesses deserve far better.

I opened the door. THE MACHINE DID NOT WRING my towels. I was mortified!! No attendant. I had to SQUEEZE each towel and washcloth (a extra large load). I called the number posted, left a message to this day no response. The guy that cleans the place came while I was drying, took my name and number still no callback. (and the one time they were not I let the staff know and she was RIGHT on it and thanked me rather than acting like it was an inconvenience) Plenty of carts (small and large) tables, stools at tables, seats. Well lit with flat screens on both walls and free wifi! They even have an automatic button on the doors with a ramp and crosswalk going to the parking lot! There is cameras covering the entire place. We bring my 4 year old with us to do our laundry and the absolute best thing about clean right is the KIDS ZONE! He has space he can be without being in the way and it makes it fun for him to come with us and less like a chore. They have a fun rug, flex seating, a table with chairs, books and a TV with cartoons and fun paintings on the walls! You can see the kids zone from multiple folding tables so he is able to stay seated there while we fold but we still have eyes on him at all times. There was fun decorations featuring a large Grinch for Christmas that my son also enjoyed. They have vending for laundry supplies and well as snacks that take cards, coins or bills. They have options for payments, an app to use to do all cashless, an ATM and a coin machine. You can even add cash to the app using the coin machine. We use the app and have zero issues, it even sends you notifications when your cycle is almost done. They also offer pick up or drop off laundry services as well. The staff is always friendly and here to help if you have an issue or questions, plus they will press the door button if they see you headed to it with your hands full. Affordable prices as well, a little more than other places close but for all the other things mentioned it's well worth the few extra dollars we spend each week. All around BEST LAUNDRY MAT IN GAINESVILLE and I and SOOO glad we found this place. It makes our unwelcome task of laundry outside the home a little more peaceful!!
