White lady yells at ME (a person of COLOR) for making an honest mistake while the white boy who does the same mistake I did doesn't even get an attitude. And then proceeds to go yell at another person of color for doing the same mistake. And why is it that a bunch of kids that were late because of their bus getting them to school late still have to face the consequences even tho it was not their fault that their bus driver decided "oh hey let me take my sweet time taking these high schoolers to their insanely strict and unfair highschool!" I'd love to say that this school is everything that I hoped for it to be But alot of the students here also notice that the staff here just treat the students like they don't even matter...? I mean even the reviews here are complaining that this school isn't even all that!! And the thing is the staff are constantly saying "stick to the rules!" And "we care alot about bullying" but when it's a staff suddenly those rules don't apply to them? Why is it that us younger folks have to deal with adults nonsense just because they're older than us? No student can do anything about it either because they do not make it a safe environment where they can express their feelings/opinions! This is extremely irritating and this should be talked about! I have never in my life been treated this badly in a school before! And Ccsd schools usually treat their students like the dirt on their shoes! Shows how bad Ccsd schools really are!

When you identify a problem...like having kids go inside their underwear waist...searching kids..no safety in this.. females doing searches on males..with no male present.. teachers having melt downs in their classrooms taking it out on children thru retaliation in grades, emails which are toxic coming from educators...The unfortunate thing is this school operates in dysfunction total chaos. Unable to articulate their own handbook..everything that looks gold ain't gold. A hall aide told me to shush when I was going to speak up about their outrageous unclear rules and directions. I paused and said to myself be quiet in astonishment...absolutely Not! I will call out every wrong intent or action. Nevertheless the uniform is the only nice thing. Its can be expensive for some. It doesn't actually match the school academics/substance. Parents save yourself the hassle and kids find a school that practice what they preach. Which have qualified teachers and administrators. Anyone can open a school...and not be an educator. I disapprove of this charter school 100%

My daughter started at Brilliant Mont in preschool and grew beautifully through the years, wrapped in care, encouragement, and excellence. Every teacher she had played a role in shaping her, but it was Ms. Melissa in kindergarten who truly left a mark. The bond they built was so special. She showed up during a season when life wasn't easy. Her love and patience got us through a difficult time--we're forever grateful. She didn't just teach my daughter; she covered her in peace and gave her joy when things were uncertain. That's a gift you can't put a price on. From the ladies at the front desk to Mr. Alex at security--everyone at Brilliant Mont treats you like family. And I don't say that lightly. The love is real, the community is strong, and the environment is anointed. You feel safe, seen, and supported from day one. We're heartbroken to go, but so thankful to have been part of this amazing community. If you're considering a place where your child can grow not just academically but emotionally and spiritually too--this is the one. Brilliant Mont isn't just a school--it's a village. And for us, it'll always feel like home.

We are happy with the school and staff. Coming from the over-crowded, over-stretched public school system, we are relieved to see our children accepted and not just doing well, but thriving. The upper campus kids especially love the block scheduling, as they are able to truly get some valuable class time in each subject. The homework is a perfect blend of rehashing the days learning and getting prepared for the exams. The teachers actually get to know the kids since class size is never a problem. My 4th grader loves his teacher, and with that comes respect and a desire to be the best student he can become. And being a Christian school, the true focus is on a rounded and grounded Cristian education. As with all schools, there are mistakes that have been made, and there are the occasional small problem. But the difference is that the staff and leadership truly will try to correct them. A parent is always welcome to speak with any of the staff, and the superintendent holds monthly meetings where anyone can come and voice concern or praise. What more could a parent want?

The teachers gave a bad education BESIDES Mrs. Lehman and Mrs. Palmer. But as it happened Palmer left Lehman became the principal BECAUSE the senior prank. Students absolutely trashed the campus ruined the flooring and best of all I couldn't even go to my science class, so I had to sit in the MPR for 40 minutes without explanation. Horrible education and best of all they got rid of the high school because everyone was leaving. DO NOT come here it is a waste of your money go to faith and spend the extra 7k trust me. I got a better education on an online school that TOOK LITERALLY 40 minutes to finish each day. This school is a joke; the kids are even worse. Behavior issues, flat out bullying and smoking in the restrooms. Not going to lie Mrs. Orrico also carried the school. Nicest Librarian ever but she deserves a pay raise. PLEASE do not send your kids here if you want them to have a good middle school experience.

When you raise concerns, they often deflect blame onto CCSD, even though many other middle schools in the district do hold ceremonies to honor their students and celebrate their achievements. Just disorganized and poor leadership! Additionally, if your child has any absences, the school may escalate by contacting the school police to your home for missing absence notes, rather than simply reaching out to discuss the situation directly. Because of this teacher, my son is now being told he cannot participate in graduation over a 0.5 credit issue that honestly feels personal at this point. What makes it even more concerning is that I have two children at this school, and both have experienced the same problems with this teacher. Is that just a coincidence? Las Vegas already struggles with the level of education being provided, and having teachers who take away a student's opportunity to walk at graduation something every teenager dreams about is truly disappointing and shameful. Dirt parking was full. There was a food truck outside. House gear was for sale in the cafeteria. Since our stringbean is an 8th grader, we went to one Hall, after we went to the Cafeteria room, to get his schedule. We ran into one of his friends too. We tried going to the "Register Athlete" line but it was really long, just to verify that he was indeed registered; we took care of it on the last week of last school year. We tried finding his Counselor, but learned that he was assisting in another section. But we ran into Mr. Frieberg, who said he could help us with his Elective switch. THANK YOU to Mr. Frieberg. We truly appreciate you! We heard from him that same afternoon and saw the new schedule. There was a Free Flag Football Camp this past Summer, so our son was involved with that, all summer. One session was cancelled due to the "high heat" warning. This part seemed to be well-organized this time. We received the game schedule too.

For the first week you will get to know the teachers, the school, the rules, the principles of pride, and about the consequences in general as a school and as a single classroom. And then you will have a lot of student surveys from different teachers so they get to know everything about you. The teachers you will have if you had a good grade on SBAC from fifth grade are Mrs. Deering she is an advanced class English teacher, Mrs Jefferson advanced science teacher, Mr Wilson advanced math teacher, and last but not least is Mrs Russel and advanced reading teacher. The school has this SSO( Students success office). They are the last place you want to get a consequence from. They will give you a presentation about the school expectations. You have to follow each and every rule they said you have to follow or you will get the consequences that you don't want to have. In general if you follow and obey the school rules you will have the best 3 years of your life with your friends and teachers
