I am sorry that Carol is so heartless. I asked her several times to put on gloves because her long nails were hurting me. She completely ignored me until I said stop a little louder. She just stood up and said I can't do your nails. She had already filed the top of 3 of my nails. If you go there make sure you use another nail tech not the owner, Carol. She also has the appointment book on her table and answers the phone while she is working on you so you are not getting her full attention. The owner did my nails, she was sweet for the most part but was doing my nails as well as another girl, which is frustrating because it delays my process, keeps me there longer as well as her getting distracted. Toward the end she was rushing and no longer shaping my nails as it seemed that she had overbooked the salon. She got up 2 times to do eyebrow waxes. The salon is clean and has a nice overall atmosphere. It doesn't smell of chemicals as soon as you walk in and is well ventilated. I got a powder gel and Michael did it. He s very nice and takes pride in his work. I would go back. Prices are the standard with most nail salons in the area. I do t think it's over priced like some salons that don't do a great job and have rude people. Getting my nails done is a seldom treat for me and I don't mind paying more as long as the staff is friendly and know what they're doing. Customer service is important to me and Sunny Girl nail salon knows how to treat their clientele right. Check it out if you're in the area.
