I brought clear reference photos of what I wanted, yet the final result was far from what I expected. The lines were uneven, not straight, and didn't match on either side -- something you absolutely don't want when it comes to your face. Liz, the technician and owner, spent a lot of time talking about herself and her family, which was distracting and unprofessional during a service that requires precision and attention to detail. It became very clear that despite her claims of being an expert, her work did not reflect that level of skill. This experience was frustrating and disheartening. I would strongly advise anyone considering permanent makeup or any other service Liz provides, to look elsewhere. Don't make the same mistake I did. Her work is horrible. Th procedure takes about 45 minutes. It was my first time and I told Liz that. Not once during the entire procedure did she tell me what she was doing or what I could expect.
