He painted over the open wounds he basically created and when I asked repetitively for two coats of blue and one coat of white on top even the owner chimed in and said I was not allowed to do that. I'm the paying customer what do you mean?? The nail polish is being cured, it's not like it's going to leak into the white. They were acting like it was a completely solid coat of white, which is not true because the one coat of white funny bunny is never enough for you to not be able to see the color under, and I want it to not be seen who cares I'm paying you? I also had to ask for 3 coats to get a solid color and still it was see through and had holes from him denting and was given rude looks the entire time. Worst experience at a salon I've ever had and I've been coming here for years, extremely disappointed. Take this as your warning. - mind you these photos are after going home and trying to cleanup as best as I could (taking away extra nail polish and cuticles left mangled and coming out). Btw I still tipped bc it's a service and im always going to do so, but obviously im not tipping well and was not greeted with a pleasant reaction to that which is another level of audacity after this horrible service.

The owner walks behind my chair and disconnected the power.we both looked shocked as my massage abruptly ended. My tech says "she's using that" he just walked away. So I sat for the remaining 15 minutes with a powerless chair while he and the other staff played on their phones. I guess I should be grateful he didn't turn the light out. As I was leaving I said to him, " that was not ok" he smirked and said sorry very disingenuous. If it were not for my awesome tech Luanna I would never go back. Very dissatisfied and disappointed. ​

My mom and I have been coming here for years and she recently had a separate not great experience but I was willing to give them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, under the current ownership, the quality of customer service has declined sharply, and it no longer matches the beautiful renovation the salon underwent a few years ago. A nail salon should be an experience, and it once was here. That's no longer the case. On my last visit, I walked in for a pedicure. I've seen walk in's in for years no issues and it's welcomed, but the owner still asked if I had an appointment. A gentleman then walked me to a seat and placed a towel on the footrest but never started the service. He paced back and forth, went to the back, came out, then walked to the front of the salon all without saying a word to me. Meanwhile, another tech finished up with a different client and came over, but he then took the pedicure supplies meant for me and used them on someone else. It was obvious he simply didn't want to attend to me. After waiting and being ignored like that, I walked out! This kind of treatment is unacceptable, especially for a customer who has stayed loyal through multiple ownership changes. I'll continue to recommend Lynn and Emma individually, but I won't be spending my money at this salon again.

I asked for a strong massage (she didn't do it and had an attitude that she could care less - the chip on her shoulder was the size of Texas). The place does not provide hot stones for a regular pedicure while other nail salons do. I called the owner (Irene) to let he know that my gel manicure started to peel off a little over a week after I had gotten it done. Additionally, my cuticles were raw on some nails from Lia over filing. I was out of town on business and was not returning until the following week and asked about having it redone. She gave me a stern "NO" since it would be after the 2 week time since my last manicure. After explaining over and over again that I was not around therefore I was unable to come sooner to get it fixed., I was met with the "I don't care attitude." Moreso, it should not have happened to begin with. She out and out refused to do anything, which is horrible business practice. This seems to be a money grab for her as she has no customers the couple of times I have been there. The place is nothing special when you walk in as it looks and feels like many other nail salons. Additionally, my son went for a pedicure and the employee spent all of 10 minutes. I looked at the clock. When I told Irene this, she told me "no." A pedicure for a child takes longer than 10 minutes. Totally disgusted! What a waste of time and money!! Go elsewhere. There are plenty of other places to choose from. I was able to find a nail salon close to where I was staying on my business trip and they did a phenomenal job! You can't compare. This place is a ripoff, the help is terrible regarding attitude as well as service (including the owner). As a business owner, she has alot to learn. Upon returning home, I have an appointment set up with a place that has clients who expect only the best. Happy to drive to receive the service that equates to the price. It's all about knowing your worth.
