We never got a response, then I happened to run into the salesman from Garrety that sold us the sunroom and I expressed our disappointment. He was helpful and the next day we received a call from Garrety to schedule a time to come out and repair the leak. The repair man came out twice as it continued to leak after his first visit. Well, it's still leaking and we are concerned about the structural integrity of the roof and ceiling if the room continues to leak. For a project that cost almost $100,000, we really believe Garrety should do a better job standing behind their work.

They're telling me that they have Q&A and QC control, but how did that password physically will not slide.Terrible follow up. Keystone had the wrong color J channel for my install. After the workers had already removed my 5…read morefront windows in the freezing cold, they then inform me of this mistake on their part. i had no choice but to have the windows installed with the incorrect J channel since the old windows were removed. I immediately took photos of the wrong J channel and texted the sales rep and he agreed it was wrong. I then Called the owner and he was very nasty and tried to say I was given the choice by the workers for both colors and that I choose the wrong color. I will not be bullied by an owner and a company that is wrong and trying to blame the customer for their error. The character of the owner was disappointing by his unwillingness to assume responsibility or to offer any solution. See you in court

So all the water runs threw the balcony down to the lower leave and then down into my basement, threw the cellar door. They did not offer us and option to close it the gaps. And now they want more money ---a lot more--to make repairs. And to top if off, they left wood and nails under the porch they did not think we would find. Yet they had a dumpster at my home for a week. Please do not use this company. They will mess things up and just ask for a 5 star review.

We hired E&E for our exterior renovation project. This was by far our largest project we have ever…read moredone. The project consisted of replacing the roof, windows, siding, front door and building a portico. Our home was built in 1966 - so the windows and siding were original. The old windows were single pane and the siding was aluminum. In addition - part of the front of the home was brick. We absolutely couldn't be happier with how the renovation turned out. From start to finish the team at E&E was fantastic. Wallie worked with us through the estimate process. Alan was our project manager. Jason and his crew replaced the roof. Johnny, Merv and Sammy replaced our windows, siding and front door. And last but certainly not least - Jordan and his team did the masonry work. There were a number of decisions/changes that needed to be made on the fly and never once did I feel like it was an issue. Alan was always reachable via phone, text and email. Johnny was onsite for the majority of the renovation - so I could always approach him as well with any questions or concerns. I'm very particular about how I want certain things and I can attest that the craftmanship is top notch. The crew is very personable, they show up on time and they keep their work site clean. Due to a storm with high winds, quite a few of the old shingles on our roof were blown off…read more Together with old, rusted and clogged gutters and downspout, we determined that a new roof and gutters were needed. Fisher's proposal and estimate were cheaper than a competing roofer, so we went with Fisher's roofing. The company's crew arrived at 7 AM on July 1st and the work of removing the old shingles and installing new architectural shingles began. The complete re-roofing job along with the installation of new 5" gutters properly fitted and hung from screw-in hangers and a 2"x 3" downspout were done by the afternoon of the next day. The work crew were thorough and diligent and they thoroughly cleaned up the debris associated with taking off the old roof. We are very pleased with their work and the price was good as compared to the estimate that a competitor had given us. My wife and I highly recommend Fisher's roofing for their quality workmanship and old world work ethic.
