A few years ago I started going to a chiropractor in Melissa and I absolutely loved him. However, I moved to the Garland area, but work in the Addison area. I called around to a few different Chiropractors and looked at the reviews online and felt like this would be the best fit for me. As you walk in you are greeted up front and they truly take care of you quickly. I have never waited long 5-6 minutes which is AMAZING because I can run over right after school or on my lunch break during a professional development day. Dr. Cody is the BEST, he explains everything to me like I'm a Kindergartner which is great because I work in education so I don't understand the doctor language. We came up with a plan, he listened to my concerns, validated that I wasn't crazy, and always greets me when I walk in. In the past 10 years I've looked for diffident solutions to my lower back pain. Some chiropractors were great and I stayed with them a long time. But I got to a point where once a year or so my back would go out completely where I could not walk or sit or stand. So I tried PT and other therapies that would help to one degree or another. However, no one could pinpoint the root of the issue. Then, I was referred to Dr. Bynum when my back went completely out and within a few minutes he knew exactly what was going on. The adjustments helped in the short term and the long term. I have been going to him on a regular basis for years now and have yet to have my back go out or even come close. Dr. Bynum is a master of his craft and can't recommend him enough. He trains his staff at a high level, so if he is not available I can see another chiropractor and get the same fantastic results. My first appointment went well. My next appointment, I walk in, it's packed. I ask a simple question, are they running behind or on time. She says they are running on time. 20 min later, I still haven't been called. I understand that appointments run behind but asking for honesty shouldn't be that hard.
