I was able to quickly set up an appointment with Marshall and added a bathroom tile refresh to the job since he would be here. He came as scheduled and walked through the jobs with me before starting. I asked him last minute if he could also do our area rug while he was here and he was able to accommodate that too, which I appreciated (I would have also been TOTALLY fine with him not being able to get to it since it wasn't initially part of the discussion but I'm grateful he was able to make it happen!). And he was FAST! When I saw him gathering up his hosing and everything I assumed he was switching gear but nope--he was done! I was impressed. And the price was very reasonable given the fact he did three seperate jobs for us. In the end everything turned out great! The couch smells so clean and fresh and the area rug's colors are bright and vivid again! I sent my mom a picture of the newly cleaned and sealed bathroom floor and she said "Look at that sparkle!" And it's true! Friends, a clean couch is such a present to yourself. Do yourself a favor and give your room a refresh and give Healthy Carpets a call. Those spots were never cleaned before they came because of lazy brother babysitting mom while I was out of town. He wouldn't let dog out !!! So those spots were especially dark. I had removed the wet padding under the carpet and draped the carpet over some chairs to dry with some fans. They suggested I could set the carpet down to regain its shape. They stopped by to check things out and sprayed everything with a natural fungicide, etc. when they gave me the estimate. They returned a couple days later, replaced the padding, stretched and cleaned the carpet so it looks like new. They also cleaned the basement steps and the portion of carpet on the main floor that they had walked on. They were a pleasure to work with, didn't try to upsell me on anything, did the job they said they would do, very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
