I have contacted them about the warranty and company failed to respond even after a certified letter. We have video and photo evidence that shows complete damage to our property, even after they attempted to resolve an issue. The Flooring Company sent out a cleaning crew and painter to attempt to resolve some issue, which ultimately failed. There are numerous soft spots throughout the floors, confirmed by numerous contractors after installation. We aren't asking for perfection but a professional job after spending over $25,000 for flooring. Your business practices we have experienced has been deceptive and unprofessional. UPDATE: Owner sent me an email asking to remove my bad review or he will pursue legal action. Watch out! Deceitful! The photos reflect the condition of which The Flooring Company LLC left my property in after they completed the job. I had to complain and push to get a cleaning crew which was ineffective (I had to spend $400 to get a cleaning crew to come out after The Flooring Company LLC's cleaning crew "cleaned" the property). Additionally, The Flooring Company LLC hired a painter to patch the damage to my walls, which did a poor job. Absolutely unacceptable and unprofessional company. I'm looking forward to The Flooring Company LLC to post the final images and videos of their flooring at my property--which would be downright embarrassing for their company. He came over promptly, appraised the job in moments, and shared a great variety of samples to choose from. He said "lifetime" and I was sold. Two days later they came. His installers were quiet, polite and deft. In a day and a half, I had new, waterproof and gorgeous floors. There are no bump, or lips on the floor and the finish on the trim work and transitions in excellent. I'm a DIY'er. And I was considering it, but even doing it myself, I couldn't compete. We now need to hire a professional company to clean the vents. We also encountered several unexpected additional charges throughout the project. While the workmanship itself was acceptable (a B), the lack of cleanliness and care for our home was extremely concerning (a D-). At the completion of the job the contractor also left two buckets of watery grout in our garage for us to dispose of. They did install the day scheduled, but only sent a pic before the install. Not after This was a month ago. So we came up to Michigan to see the installation and are very disappointed The carpet looks ok, but the installer left the hallways a mess with little carpet yarns all over the place. The house is being shown for rent, and it looks terrible for showings with this mess of yarn bits all over. The least the installers could have done is swept up after themselves. I would not use them again. I have since discovered that a local place is cheaper and installation is faster.
