I have left several voice messages for Bill with Duneland. I explained that there was considerable damage being done to my home by a gutter that needed replacement. I have not had one call back. After two-weeks of patiently waiting for a return call and trying to support this local small business owner in my community, I decided to contact a larger, more professional company. I received a call back immediately, had an estimate in-hand within two days and the work completed within a week. All this took place and I'm still waiting for that call back! While it is important to support local business, it is equally important for these businesses to care about the residents in their communities and, at a minimum, return phone calls. Based on this experience I, of course, would never recommend Duneland Seamless Gutters.

They try to get 50% down and half do the job. On the November 6, 7 T&J was hired to install drywall for my home in Laporte, Indiana. The total cost was $3100.00. I gave them 50% down which is $1550.00. I received several quotes and they all measured and agreed at best 140-155 sheets of drywall was needed. The two guys that T&J hired to install the drywall, immediately walked and said I need more drywall. They was very strange with out measuring how drywall was needed. When they started to cut the drywall, they caused at least 40 of sheets of waste. Then the owner Tony said we needed more drywall. It's all sounded strange. I told Tony how I wanted the drywall to be installed including putting drywall up to the window because I was not putting Casing on the window, he said okay but they did not. They did not finish the job and they left walls with out drywall . I showed Val his accounting person and she agree she would be very upset if her home was left unfinished. The product is excellent , the Installers were very knowledgeable and explained why this should be here and that should be there, bottom line is the service and product is outstanding, I would have them back for any future work, not one scrap of anything was left behind, totally cleaned up after themselves. I contacted them the first week of September and they said the job would be completed. The following week they sent an invoice for the entire amount. The company mistakenly did the work on my neighbor's house even though they had a permit from the town with the correct address and the contract showed the correct address. I requested my deposit back and have still not received my money back after 4 weeks. Extremely difficult to contact. Would not recommend this company.

It was lesser roof pitch, smaller soffits, wrong siding, omitted perma column upgrades. The drawings were not fully corrected and not signed off. Be careful what you sign with these guys. Milmar Post Buildings were going to undertake the site work. Through independent consultation, it was determined that Milmar's plan was incompetent. We rescinded the agreement before any further problems. Notwithstanding no permit, no site plan, and no drawing consistent with specs, Milmar refuses to refund any part of deposit. I highly recommend one of the name brand pole barn builders.

These people are thieves. They came down to our property several times and told us our property is…read morea good size and we will not have any issues getting a permit approved. They did a whole inspection and said we are good. He gave us an estimate and sweet talked us into giving him 30k as a deposit. A deposit he said was fully refundable if they cannot get a permit to approve the project. Well the city did end up denying our project because they said we need to install drains all around our property first, which costs more than the project itself. When we told this crook Jarred (who we were told is "a fair, ethical, and an honorable man") straight out refused. He said that's not our problem. Yes it is your problem. We couldn't get the proper permits to pass because it requires so much more, which this company should have known if they work in this field. They knew we wouldn't get the permits approved and they had had full intentions of keeping our deposit. This company is a fraud, they are manipulative, and they are corrupt. They are incompetent individuals who are taking advantage of the common people. This is our hard earned money that these thieves are refusing to refund. If you don't want to go through a similar situation, stay away from this company. I will be reporting them to the BBB as well. Beware!
