I'm very thankful for the honesty and care shown during my roof inspection. Jimmy came out after a tree fell on a home. He took the time to look closely and explained that the damage involved a possible dormer issue, meaning a simple roof repair wouldn't be safe or effective. He said that was not his expertise to ascertain that particular issue. Another company was ready to do the job just to get paid, without mentioning any structural concerns. His honesty helped to avoid a costly mistake. It is so rare these days to find someone who puts integrity over profit. I highly recommend him for anyone who wants real expertise and integrity. Requested somebody to come out and view my property for possible damage to my roof and gutters! Somebody came out pretty quickly so I was convinced they had found a decent company to do the work for me. Of course the follow up communication was great until I signed the contract!Had to follow up several times because Water was coming into my house due to damage on a back gutter. Every time I had to call and email to get an answer .... We finally got them out to do the work and the work was not completed as per the contract!!! I only knew about this because my adult children were at the house when the work was done . I left a voicemail and left a message but never heard back!! I text somebody who had text me from the company and they quickly followed up to apologize and said that they would get the rest of the work scheduled!!!! I quickly responded back. I had signed contract. That's what I agreed to have done and that the work was not done properly and I was not going to wait several weeks for the rest of the work to get done! The only reason I knew it wasn't done was because my adult children pointed it out. Had they not been there, It would've been weeks before we were able to inspect and find out that they didn't do the rest of the work promised!!!! I went on yelp specifically a company that was easy to work with great with communication and would get the work done ASAP ! I am sad to say that I'm deeply disappointed and will not be using this company again ! I will not be recommending this company for lack of communication and for not finishing up the work that I signed a contract for !! I contacted Tri-county for a roof estimate and had great service from them. Originally I was quoted a 3 to 5 week wait from the time I accepted their proposal but quickly found out they could be out the next week. Adam and his crew showed up Wednesday morning and were done by night fall that same day. Roughly 3,000 SF and about 20% of the wood decking had to be replaced. Excellent work and they left my yard clean and debris free. Kept all of it out my pool as well. read more

They turned away an over 80k roofing job because they could not compete. WOW if you are asking for a quote you might want to check with others. We had chronic leaking at two points in our garage ceiling. After consulting with a couple different contractors, Tri-County roofing identified the problem as incorrect installation of the siding around the dormer section of our upstairs level. This explanation made sense and we had Tri-County proceed with repairs which included installing new ice and water shielding around the window, repairing the housewrap and replacing the siding. This proved to be the correct solution and we have not had leaking since the work was done! Very satisfied with the inspection and work! It's nice to find contractors who know their stuff. read more

All I can say is Joe has got a great and hard working crew and they did my average sized roof in early July of 2017 .They have this motorized dumpster that pulls up the the edge of the roof for shingle tear-off so they don't have too much ground clean up.Plus tarps covering the ground and delicate foliage around home.The weather was good with a nice breeze.The guys did the tear off in about 5 hours and replaced some 1" x 6" planks on my 50+ year old roof deck.So the first day the roof was papered in and ready for shingles.They kicked butt and had it done the second day.I didn't find not even a scrap of anything on the ground.They removed my old roof vents and chimney.Now I have a clean looking roof line with ridge vent system.I would refer this company to anyone.THEY DO IT RIGHT....!!!! read more

I rate this company negatively; sadly. Before I decided to have them do my job I researched online and read many reviews. I subsequently got numerous quotes and decided to go with this company because they seemed professional, highly recommended by reviewers, and timely. The represented was prompt to my house with a given quote that day. I then decided to have them do my job. Half down payment (deposit) was requested. The day it was requested I paid, but with no given completion date. I had to inquire twice for a job date. A message was left for me on a specific day and I was told I'd have a job date by the next day. Well the next day arrived and no call or message. I had to inquire with the company for my job date proactively. Not something I think a paying customer should have to do. Granted its spring time and I'm sure they're clogged with customers, but if you're going to go out there and get customers you better have time for each and every one of them with the same timely needs met. I also requested a quote for another item in which the vendor was blamed for no response. If you want the business for the extra item I think the representative should work hard to get the quote from the vendor for the customer as requested by the customer and promised by the company representative. I was compassionate again to the back log this company most likely had with the weather breaking, and I was also sensitive to bad weather days. But things should be planned or at least let the customer know what's going on. It seemed as if this company was going to show up whenever they wanted because no estimated job date was given initially. After I inquired about the job date one was given to me. The representative offered finding out a specific time frame for my job on the date so I would be aware. No call was received and the company worker just showed up to do the job. It was like pulling teeth to get a specific answer for my job through this process. I felt as though I didn't receive adequate customer service as promised by the professional look of this company, and its reviewers. I was happy with my work in the end, but feel unsatisfied as described. Beware if you like things done on a schedule and timely. This company, though experience, shot down my expectation of that with them. read more
