This hotel is well maintained and located close to Trenton airport. The room was spacious, with a sitting area and a small sink with microwave area. The low rating is based on the check in experience. I walked in and although no one else was in the lobby, I was not greeted or helped by the employee behind the desk. Eventually another employee came behind the desk and checked me in. I had small children, car seats, and luggage with me. After getting on the elevator and then walking down to my room, I realized that the keys that I was given didn't work. When I lugged everything back down to the front desk, I was not acknowledged by the person that was on their cell phone again. The hotel was great physically, but the check in experience was not good. When I checked out early the next morning, there was another lady there who was much better.

Powdered eggs, and grey turkey sausage some how cooked without showing signs of being cooked.

Would have given 4 stats had that breakfast sausage not been so disgusting. Why offer breakfast to your guests when you know how disappointing it will be. Many times that breakfast will be their last memory of your hotel before they depart.

My only reason for three stars is the desk staff!! I had lengthy conversations with about 3 and all were great. Now the room, 314, great size. The toilet room had a broken mirror, and the lock was broken. The tub/sink room had no light on the mirror, no way to keep water in the tub for my kids, and there was unfinished drywall near the outside of that door. The air conditioner in this room sounds like a train anytime it is on. Now to the amenities, the pool, dirty and cold. ( do not let the pictures deceive you) it's small, had bugs in it and was cold. Breakfast was nice for those who can eat gluten. I could only enjoy hard boiled eggs. Lastly, my husband spotted a pill on the floor of the third floor elevator area, I proceeded to pick it up and place it on top on the hand sanitizer station ( which was empty) to keep from small children. I informed the front desk and they said they would go dispose of it ( I wasn't comfortable holding it very long). The hotel was pretty clean, but is lacking in some areas.

I stayed in this hotel last night, I've never had to complain to a manager before, bug this stay was bad, cable TV not working properly, shower valve falling out of the wall, no hot water in the shower, safety lock missing from door, iron leaking water all over. These people aren't keeping the hotel up, I wouldn't stay here again

I loved this hotel! There was just something about it that made me feel like I was a real life Barbie doll in my Barbie room or something! It was modern, clean, cute and sectioned off so nicely I wanted to use the desk office area even though I had no need! The pool was cold unfortunately but so pretty (not incl the water bug - ewww!) Our continental breakfast was the best Ive EVER had! I had granola cereal, eggs, a banana and GOOD coffee but there was alot to choose from besides just bagels and muffins (although they were there too). Vince went for the make your own b waffle and other goodies plus hot tea. Id def recommend :)

I stayed here on 12/15-12/16 - Check in was a bit of an issue, due to me not understanding the policy of having to put a hold on my card for incidentals. I got that squared away then off to my room. Once I got to my door, the key card was not working. So I went back to the elevator to use the phone to call the lobby. The phone didn't work. So I had to take all my luggage back down to the front desk. One of the employees came back up with me. He told me that I could have used the phone. I advised him that the phone didn't work. Apparently the door sticks and you have to push down on the handle with all your weight. Annoying. Once I was finally in the room it was adorable. The bed was very comfortable and I loved that the toilet and shower were in two separate rooms. The sink where the toilet was would not drain. I didn't notice it until the next morning. The shower was great but there was also an issue with the shower door. It would not shut tight. So when I stepped out of the shower I was stepping into a lake. It took 2 bath towels to clean up the mess. I checked out early the next morning around 6:30am as I had to be at work. I wasn't aware that I should have told them previously and the front desk person seemed a little annoyed. The free breakfast was better than I thought it would be. Lots of hot foods, fruits and cereal. Despite the issues - I would definitely stay at this hotel again

This is a cute little hotel. It is good for business travelers. Good breakfast (comp). The downside is there is no dinner option and my bathroom could have been cleaned better in the corners. I would come back!

Really disappointed on this hotel. After looking for a…read morehotel to spend one weekend night, have breakfast the next day before going to Six Flags in Jackson, we settle for this one. When we arrived it was a surprise after another. We searched for a hotel with cleanliness, complimentary breakfast and a hot shower. These are some of the few problems we encountered: Not friendly staff: People at the front desk were just doing the check ins without much enthusiasm or at least pretend to be interested in keeping their jobs. Lack of bedside manner. No breakfast: For some reason the restaurant was closed and when we asked what time was the breakfast served they responded "there's a restaurant one block down that serves breakfast". We were a little surprised as the breakfast at the hotel was a convenience we were really interested when we booked the place. No parking and the parking lot was closed ; The hotel has no free parking. You'll need to pay $13 to park your car at a private garage that was closed when we arrived around 11pm. We had to leave the car on the street AC doesn't work properly: Better yet, there was no AC in our bedroom, only a heater. We were hot the entire night. With a 2 months infant we were really counting on a comfortable temperature. No hair dryer: If you plan of taking a hot shower before starting your day don't wash your hair. There was no hair dryer at all. Ice machine broken: Having to go back and forth to the 5th floor just to pick up ice was a pain. Only 2 bath towels in the bathroom: We got the room for 4 adults and surprise! only two bath towels in the bathroom. Shower doesn't open properly: Almost broke my finger changing the water from the tub faucet to the shower. The handle that changes the water was so stuck it needed two adults to pull it in place. No coffee at front desk as described; There was only an open box of half and half, some plastic lids for disposable cups but no coffee at all. Room mirrors were dirty: And I'm pretty sure it was snot. Common areas not clean: Elevator with dirty walls, dirty floors. Noisy guests: I think the hotel should set quiet hours to avoid loud guests talking loudly, loitering on the hallways or banging doors at 2 in the morning. Honestly a disappointment overall. The hotel looks nice and has a lot of potential but lacks of good service and maintenance.

They mentioned it was no problem as they have 24/7 service. When we got there the lights were off. The front desk receptionist did not have a name tag or anyway for us to know he worked there. He immediately told me my reservation was canceled as it was the next day(2am) without even asking my name or confirmation. This is absolutely ridiculous because we paid for the night up until 11am the next day. He claimed his name was Devonte and told us to leave that he could not service us. We didn't argue and left. This hotel was unsafe and unprofessional. I contacted Expedia for a refund and they denied it due to Devonte claiming to be a manager and saying law enforcement was involved and we harassed him. None of this happened. There are cameras and others were there. I spoke with the real manager Paras he said to speak to Expedia for a refund. He didn't even apologize on behalf of his employee. I told him to check the cameras to clearly see no law enforcement was involved and no harassment was done from our end. Disgusting. Avoid this place. Worst customer service.
