This hotel is relatively new. The price for our stay was amazing to say the least. The parking lot was more than enough. It's modern touch is very inviting. They have lollipops at front desk. Across from front desk is the breakfast buffet and dining area with a generous seating area. Breakfast was good. I enjoyed the fruits and waffles. I checked in for a nice weekend getaway with my family. I wanted 2 king sized beds when booking my reservation online but there wasn't any available. So I was defaulted to have 2 queen beds(I reserved 2 rooms. One room for me and my husband and the other for my in-laws who were visiting from NY). When I checked in, I doubled check to see if there were possibly any king beds available and unfortunately there still weren't any. With all that being said... Folks reserve months in advance for king size as they seem to fly off the shelves like fresh baked hot cakes. That was not the only disappointment of my stay. My 3 star rating is what it is because once I stepped into my room, it was dirty with crumbs all on the floor. Does this hotel even vacuums is my question? The amount of debris on the ground was a huge disappointment. I only noticed it more because my 10 month old son decided he wanted to explore and crawl wherever he could and he started picking up things from the ground and my husband and I noticed the couches and the floor near the office space was quite filthy. To add to the filth, there was a disgusting red stain on the ground in between the queen beds. It is apparent that the house keeping personnels are doing mediocre cleanings. They just appear to focus on making the beds and decorating the toilet paper and napkins more than actually wiping things down and vacuuming. Please be more thorough all around. For such a new establishment, I should've been wowed with not just the lobby area but most importantly my room.

Grease hand prints among other things on the headboard.

Chose this Marriott property due to proximity for a business trip. It was apparent from check-in that management doesn't care about the property or customer experience. Lobby items like grab & go were empty, only one elevator worked, mini fridge wouldn't lower below room temp, shower items like shampoo and conditioner were not only empty but the canisters were removed entirely, and the linens and towels weren't cleaned between guests. I found multiple types of hairs in towels and sheets. Tried to make it work as I'd had a long day and an early morning. Asked twice for a clean set of sheets to be sent to my room. Both times sheets were too small. I decided not to stay and went next door to Hampton Inn. Front desk told me to call the manager tomorrow regarding billing. Spoke to GM Fernando, who told me the room was 100% non-refundable even though I checked in 4 hours ago and was not staying the night. Period. I've never been so disappointed in Marriott, and will be removing this property from our corporate group booking option.

We stayed here before the family cruise trip. It located between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Not next to major attractions, but minutes driving distance to restaurants if you have a car. The hotel room is clean and roomy. It's a plus when the room is facing big water pond/lake. The morning view was amazing through the hotel room window. Breakfast selection is average. Bedding is comfortable and the restroom is newly renovated. It was a pleasant during our stay.

The entrance to the Cielo Farms had white double barnyard doors and a high squared archway bearing the Cielo Farms name which was impressive but common in Southwest Ranches. Drove down the long black top road with beautiful white dual pagoda light fixtures mounted on cast aluminum posts on both sides. There was a kids event going on at the center of the nursery with a bunch of vehicles parked in the vacant grassy field. The plant nursery was strictly on an appointment basis only. Guests celebrate inside a living, flowering farm while enjoying the comfort and elegance of a professionally designed venue. Our White Barn features custom architectural lighting fixtures, fully air-conditioned restrooms, dual bar areas, and a prep kitchen for catering and service teams. The structure is fully insulated for sound, allowing music, speeches, and celebrations to feel intimate and controlled without disturbing the surrounding gardens or neighboring properties. Unlike hotels or ballrooms, our venue is surrounded by mature bougainvillea, tropical gardens, and agricultural displays grown on the property, creating natural beauty that cannot be replicated with rented décor. I wish I could give this place 10 stars!!!…read more Kat was amazing with the coordination of my mom's party from start to finish! I came across the banquet hall after a google search when I decided to transition from my original idea. I emailed and was able to see the venue the same day. I instantly fell in love! It had the intimate feel that I was looking for. We had to put down $1000 and set up a monthly pay payment plan with the final payment due about 3 weeks before the party. A cash deposit of $500 must be turned in by 48 hours before the party for incidentals but as long as you don't mess up anything, you will get your money back. All of the logistics are detailed in the contract that you must sign to eliminate any confusion or misunderstandings. From start to finish, Kat and I developed the perfect party for my mom. She made sure that we covered every aspect and a few days before we did a final once over for the party. Yesterday was the day of the party and everything ran so smoothly. About a week before, Kat developed a timeline for the party and it was followed to the T. EVERYONE at the party raved about the decor, the food and the venue itself. It is the next day and I am STILL receiving complaints about the hall. Kat and staff - I can't thank you all enough for making my mom's 61st birthday so memorable! You have definitely gained a new loyal customer!

I chose this location because it was ideal since the majority of my family and friends live 15-20 minutes away. In addition, I chose to have my wedding here because this location can accommodate both a wedding ceremony as well as the reception. My wedding coordinator, Kat, was a pleasure to work with and she will try to accommodate your wants and needs. The menu options that were offered were okay. I did not like that we were not able to taste test the food that was paid for and as a result, I was very disappointed in the food that was served at my wedding (embarrassed actually). There is not an option to bring your own food. You are allowed to add food to the menu for an additional fee of $75 per pan. Although you are allowed to provide your own alcohol, you must pay a fee of $150 to do so with the limitation of 10 bottles. I had a total of $85 guests. We spent many months preparing for the design of the reception area. A few days before the wedding, I was notified by Kat that their "design team" did not approve of my design and there were changes made that I did not authorize. In the many months we spent planning, I had never met this "design team". The designs that are offered by the venue are basic, and any additional designs you want to add need to be "approved" by this "design team". I spent hundreds of dollars of my own money to provide additional decorations so that the reception area did not look plain. I booked the limo with La Vie En Rose. On the day of my wedding, I was to be picked up at 4:45pm and dropped off at 5:00pm. Unfortunately, the limo company that they work with had some last-minute changes and a staff member of the banquet hall had to pick me up. I did not get to the wedding until 5:30 which was a problem because they charge $75 for every 15 minutes pass 10:00pm (the end of the reception). With me arriving 30 minutes late, my entire wedding was pushed back, and the whole wedding was rushed. I was upset that I was being rushed since the venue was late picking me up. No one ever offered to give me an additional 30 minutes toward my wedding, even though they were late picking me up. A cash deposit of $500 must be paid 48-hours before the wedding, it will be refunded, if there are no damages made. You must also completely vacate the reception area at 10:00pm sharp. Funnily enough, the Dj will play songs that will get the guests dancing at this time. I had to personally go to the Dj booth at 9:50pm so that he could stop the music because I did not want to be charged an additional $75. One of the groomsmen threw up in the bathroom, and my father cleaned it up. They still charged $75 although we had cleaned up the mess. Last but not least, there was an altercation (nearly a physical fight) between my sister-bridesmaid and their bartending staff. Although I provided and paid for the alcohol to be served, the rude bartender (staffed by the venue) refused to service my sister-bridesmaid. My guests had to break up the altercation that was caused by their bartender. Their bartending staff was also hustling my guests for money, and my guests were coming up to me asking me: "why is hustling me for money". I was very embarrassed, and in the end the bartender was removed, but the damage had already been done. Overall, I would give La vie En Rose a 6/10.
