Nice clean hotel with free breakfast. We stayed in a 2 queen suite. The room was a decent size-1 television could have used 2 for the sitting area. It was very hot outside-our ac in room work ok- fan didn't circulate. The main floor was hot probably 79 degrees. The indoor pool area was hot too. They just keep ac from cooling to conserve $$$. The breakfast was very good-eggs ,bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, one day was cheese omelettes & mini quiche. Waffle maker, muffins, toast, cereal, yogurt & bagels. This is a safe place next to Porsche. Only complaint was the AC needs to be turned on. read more

We stayed here for one night and found it to be a pleasant experience. We checked in late at night, but they had called us earlier in the day to confirm our arrival and save our room. Were they going to give away my room if I did not answer? The front doors were locked since it was so late at night, but someone was there and let us in immediately. We also were probably the last to check in because they had our keys ready to go and seemed to know who we were. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom clean and modern. The body wash, shampoo. and conditioner were in pmps on the wall. The TV was also a good size and swiveled between the bed area and the living area, which was separated by a small glass wall with a desk behind it. This desk was crucial for me doing some work and hopping on calls in the morning. The partition was also great so I wasn't a huge bother to the rest of my room. The wifi could have been stronger, I ended up using my hot spot for video calls. There is a small fridge and coffee station in the room. The layout was great! Breakfast was downstairs until 9:30am on a weekday. It was basic, but had meat and was hot, so that was good. Parking is free and there were plenty of spaces. They also have an indoor pool that we di not use, though it was small, no one was there when we walked by. read more

Booked a non-smoking room, got cigarettes smelling sheets. Requested new sheets, they just handed it to me. So I just replaced the ones I had, and found stains, hairs, and bugs while I was opening them. I requested a new room and it was wayy cleaner and the bed looks way more done. read more

Well, let me start by saying I'm spoiled and usually only go to nice hotels when traveling. And I travel quite often for work so I thought I should start reviewing hotels too. Too bad for these guys.. I'm on a work trip here and ew. This hotel and room is gross. Everything smells old and looks so outdated. Bad luck, I got the handicap room. I don't like that at all. The floors, carpet and bathroom, are stained. Shower is gross. I found a hair in there. I wouldn't sit on that couch if my life depended on it. And you gonna tell me you couldn't take the seat down when you cleaned the room? Yuk. Only thing ok is how big the room is. But I honestly just don't want to touch anything so couldn't care less. The checkin guy was nice and funny but pretty much didn't give a shit about anything, which is how I feel about this whole experience. Can't wait for my meeting to be over with so I can go home and take a real clean shower. Not even sure why I'm giving it 2 stars. I'm just feeling generous. read more

Disappointing! I am a Marriott Bonvoy Member and a very loyal customer for years! Unfortunately, the room, food and service at this location is the worst I have found during all my Marriott stays ( over 20 years). The A/C was not working/cooling. Even 5 hrs after checking in, it wasn't cooling my room. When complained about it to the front office, they sent maintenance who struggled for 20 mins and told me that compressor was not kicking in ( and now it is)....I was so surprised and told him what if it stops working again( in my view if compressor is stopping all of a sudden, it can happen again)...he said it should work now and if it doesn't cool in 15 -20 mins, report to the front office. After 45 mins it was not cooling and I went to the front office where I happened to meet the GM ( Evan) who instead of listening patiently, started arguing with me saying the Maintenance said AC is good but it is not cooing to your standard!! I was so shocked as to how they talk to the customer!!!... at first place 5-6 hrs. of AC not working, any other good Management would have offered to move to another room without even asking! Not a welcoming place...you don't feel like home...hope Marriott Management is reading. Complimentary breakfast quality is not good...they don't even serve boiled eggs TV also doesn't work properly...only play few channels and they also freeze intermittently read more

Funny story I can't sleep well with road noise so I asked for a room away from the freeway. The employee says "ok I'll put you on the back side of the building but I have to warn you that it's the side with the trains" So I asked " how often do the trains run?" He says "a lot less than the cars on the freeway" Employees were friendly and the hotel is very well maintained and clean. Need quiet room? Consider elsewhere. read more

Upon entering the hotel with my family after a long flight at 2:30 am, Markeisha (had no name tag) at the front desk didn't greet us with a smile. How do you work with no name tag? I asked her her name and she said it was Keisha. When i asked other staff, what her name was, they told me "markeisha." In fact, she didn't greet us at all. She was rude and acted as if we disrupted her. Upon entering, she asked me if i called to let her know that we'd be late. She said you were supposed to call and let me know you'll be late. She told me that audit runs at 2:30 am. I don't even know what "audit" is. She spoke to me like I work there. I asked what she meant by audit? She said our rooms wouldn't be available even if we paid for it. I said is 2:32 am now. She said audit runs at 2:30. Then she proceeded to look for our rooms and I saw her getting one key card. I said, oh so rooms are available? She said, well if I had run an audit like I was supposed to at 2:30 than the rooms wouldn't be available. This lady had an angry face the whole time we spoke. Not even a smile. It was disheartening to walk into a hotel, after a long tiring travel to be greeted in such a cold manner. The rooms - our carpet and shower had stains in it. Breakfast was good - kids enjoyed. Every other front desk receptionist was friendly and well mannered, thereafter including Ashley. We left at 6:20 am on a Monday and the lady preparing breakfast wouldn't allow us to grab a few things on the go since breakfast starts at 6:30 am. read more

Only stayed for a few hours but a fairly decent experience. The staff was friendly and conversed about football with my husband. The towel rod was broken in the bathroom which wasn't a big deal just odd. The shower was nice and the space was large for the price. I miss the bed already. read more

This hotel deserves 0 stars, even a 1 star is way too generous for them. I was here on Wednesday July 26th, I do not write bad reviews, but unfortunately I must tell my experience here. I booked two rooms online, each with two queen beds, over Hotels.com which I paid for in full on the website. After arriving at the hotel, I waited outside in the summer heat for 20 minutes as the door was locked and there was no sign of any employees anywhere. Another guest was already standing outside, waiting to be let in so he could check into his room as well, and he told me he had been waiting outside much longer than me. A guest who was staying at the hotel coincidentally happened to come down to the first floor let us both in. After a long while of us both waiting inside and calling the general manager's phone number (with no response), and combing the first floor to find an employee to assist us, another guest who had reserved a room online came in. After about 20 more minutes of the three of us waiting inside, a front desk employee by the name of Ashley B finally showed up. She was wearing a white collared button up and pajama bottoms, and her hair was messed up. It looked from her demeanor and from her face that she had been asleep. After I informed her that my family and I had been waiting for 40 minutes, she immediately denied it and implied that we were lying. She said "That's impossible", even though I'm sure if she checked the cameras she would see that it was the truth. When the man who had been waiting there before us told her that he had also been waiting for well over 40 minutes, she said nothing and instead agreed with him, saying "yup," rather than outright denying him like she did to us. She was rude, disrespectful, and extremely racist. She did not offer any sort of solution or apology to me or my family for having to wait so long, while she gladly listened to and helped the Caucasian guest who had been waiting there before us. Furthermore, she said that there were no rooms available. We had booked and PAID for our rooms already online, and she said that they were fully booked and would not have space for us. When we asked why the website would allow us to reserve rooms that the hotel did not have, she couldn't answer us. This was the middle of the night, and my family and I drove 7 hours to get to the rooms we had already reserved and paid for. Yet she claimed that there were no rooms available for us. I can only assume she gave our reserved rooms away to someone else. She offered us no help, and did not do anything to improve the situation at all or put us at ease. Her behavior to us was completely different than how it was to the other guest. It was obvious that she was being rude and racist, repeatedly scoffing, making faces at us, and using a snappy tone, whereas she was apologetic and understanding with the other guest despite him being upset as well. I was with my diabetic grandmother, who has a bad leg and cannot walk properly, and this is the treatment I received when I arrived. This woman is not fit to work for front desk at all. Her unprofessional attitude and lack of respect was abhorrent. She said she could not refund our money, provide a room for us, or allow us to speak to the general manager who she spoke to over the phone. When I was leaving with my family, I overheard her say to the guest who was there before us "I have one room available, but I'm not sure if it's clean or dirty, let me go check". I cannot believe a hotel that claims to be managed by Marriott is being run this way. Completely unacceptable and disgusting behavior. read more

Stayed here twice when getting a new ride and also before I headed out of town, both times were amazing. This place is brand spankin new, fresh as can be, fresh smells, clean hallways, smooth locks, smooth toilet flush you name it. Soon as you walk in your greeted with a smile, they even hooked me up with a couple bottles of water. It's a safe good area as well, if your concerned you can ask for the first floor parking lot and you can literally park your car right in front of your hotel room. The rooms are spacious with large closets, showers, and a desk. WIFI was IFFY at the time but most of the time was excellent, for $100 a night this is better than a 5 star hotel. read more

This is a very nice hotel. Rooms are spacious & clean, the staff is friendly & helpful, location is central to literally everything. King size bed is comfortable and has loads of pillows. Closet & 2 drawer dresser for storage. The air conditioner is right next to the bed, and cannot be adjusted to blow away from the person on that side. There is, however a lovely slotted bench over it. I moved the bench forward and it was the perfect deflector. Room stayed cool and air didn't blow directly on my husband. The Sitting area is roomy & comfortable with a table that is actually 2 smaller tables, perfect for a couple to grab a bite together. The workstation is ample with sliding glass, so if you're working, you can open the glass and talk to your mate lying in bed. The kitchenette is great. I was so happy to find a Keurig, I ran out and bought the coffee pods my husband drinks since we're here for several days. The mini fridge has a "quick cool" feature that REALLY WORKS! I chilled a 1.75 liter bottle of water in about 15 minutes! Microwave is adequate and updated, there's a nice amount of room for storing snacks, etc. With COVID-19 the breakfast and room service aren't available, which wanks, but the "bag breakfast" is better than nothing. Towels were quickly exchanged at the front desk, trash can set in the hallway was emptied. Service was fantastic all things considered. Funny side note? The elevators are crazy fast and I never had to wait. This was a great hotel and a pleasant stay. We'd absolutely return. read more

Start off with that staff is always extremely friendly, that is the Marriott standard that I can always rely on. Now I do have to say that when I needed AAA batteries for my Apple TV remote, they did call a couple of buildings down to the courtyard and found out that they had them and sent maintenance over to get them and bring them to me. I thought that was really nice. When I was in my room, I noticed quite a bit of mold around the sprinklers. Since it was 3 o'clock in the morning, I informed the front desk first thing in the morning and they changed my room. Kind of a big problem with that though. They asked me if the 4th floor was OK, and I told him that it was fine so they said "if you want to go get your things together we will get your room ready". When I was done had everything packed up again, I called downstairs and asked if they could meet me by the elevator on the fourth floor instead of me bringing all my stuff down to get the keys. She said that that would not be a problem she'll send somebody up. I waited by that fourth floor elevator for 20 minutes. I normally wouldn't have waited that long but I did have a housekeeper and a maintenance guy that asked when they were walking by if I needed assistance. I told them I was waiting for front Dess to bring me a key to my new room, it wasn't until the same maintenance guy came back and saw that I was still standing there and call down to the desk himself. Supposedly they had moved me to the room exactly next-door to where I was the first time on the sixth floor. So at this point I was really not happy. They said they would make up for the confusion and inconvenience by adding some points to my account and offered me some drinks, but when I got home and checked, those points were not there. read more

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE Couldn't believe that it was a Marriott property. 1-The shower had a used condom on the soap dish, apparently the shower stall hadn't been cleaned. When complained to the front desk, she asked me" what to you want me to do". No apologies! She didn't have any housekeeping staff to come and clean it. 2- The bathroom door would not close from the outside, and remained wide opened during all our stay. We were told that's how all bathroom doors are in this hotel. 3- Our booking was for three adults, but the bedding and towels were for two adults only. When we asked for an extra blanket, we were told that they didn't have any. 4-The lady at the front desk was very rude and threatened us that if we complained any more , she would call the cops. I strongly urge Marriott properties to seriously look into this establishment, as it is tarnishing their good name. WILL NEVER STAY HERE OR RECOMMEND IT TO ANYONE read more

The wife and I came here for a weekend stay from the Northeast. It happened to be during the worst winter storm of the century. This staff stayed there... trapped! I had to ask because the same people were at the front desk for several days. There were no rooms available because of the massive power outages, and people were being stuck in their homes in the frigid temperatures. They all remained professional and hospitable regardless of even some rude guy going up and yelling at them for something minuscule compared to The fact that people are sleeping in cold homes. We called this hotel "home" for 33 nights after Hurricane Harvey. After bouncing around 4 other hotels prior to this one (due to hotels being booked solid and only being able to accommodate us for shorter intervals) it was nice to "settle in" for an extended stay. There was a hiccup at check in and I was adamant that we would sleep in the foyer before leaving, as we were guaranteed a room. Paula at the front desk really came through for us though and we had no concerns following that initial check in hoopla. I've stayed about 200 nights at various Marriotts around North America and Springhill Suites are always modern, with amenities like a pool and laundry - this one lives up to that expectation. The maids were friendly, the maintenance staff greeted us kindly every day, and we were even a bit sentimental after finally getting the word we could move back into our home and check out of the hotel. Walkability isn't high but if you have wheels there's food in abundance down highway 59 at the corner of 6 (Restaurants Galore and Whole Foods). read more

Very nice hotel! It was very trendy and clean. Great location right down the street from Papasito's and there is also a Papadueax's near. It's behind another hotel so we couldn't see it at first based on the navigation but once we went around the block we spotted the hotel. The hotel staff was very nice and helpful. Very attentive. I called down to request more coffee and towel's, they brought it up to me very quickly. $250 for two night superbowl weekend was the best part. Definitely will go back to this hotel. read more

Beware!! They charged me $30 more than what was printed on our receipt/folio. When we asked the front desk, she very politely dismissed us by stating she couldn't see the higher charge on her end. No call to management, no call into merchant services. Plus, upon arrival, we had to change rooms 3 times due to cleanliness. The bar is not open, despite it being listed as an amenity, and they used to serve a hot breakfast...Not anymore! We had several family members stay here recently while gathering for a family event. This place was perfect - great breakfast, good and fast service, and the rooms were brand new and clean. The only mishap was that they had blocked a set of rooms for us for check in, but when some of the family members arrived they found the rooms were un-blocked at some point and they ended up in different rooms. It was not a big deal and we were still pleased with the overall value of the hotel. read more
