I chose him because I have seen his work firsthand, and he is undoubtedly a talented and good landscaper. However, he promised three times to get a quote and never did. I had to repeatedly text him till I finally gave up and chalked it up to the fact that he couldn't be bothered with a $15k or below job. While I respect his craftsmanship, the lack of follow-through left us frustrated, and it seems smaller residential projects are simply not a priority for them.

Edwin from Kingreen Services texted to schedule an appointment at the house to review the area for a bid. The date and time (5/9th @ 6-7pm window) was texted back with Edwin confirming the appointment. On 5/9th @ 7:15pm, I texted Edwin on a status of his arrival and he replied that he had a crisis and not able to make it. All week, I did not receive communication to reschedule. So I texted Edwin asking if he wishes to bid the job. He responded "YES" and rescheduled for Monday 5/16th @ 7-8am. 8am passed and I texted Edwin on the status of his arrival. I received a text " No I am not. I', starting to feel this was not meant to be." Are you kidding me? Terrible customer service and follow through. I do not recommend Kingreen Services.

The tree…read morehas been trimmed before (don't know who) but they failed to trim the two large limbs that had obvious stress cracks (which caused me some stress!) and sure enough, one limb finally came down with no injuries. Brothers came out and did a great job removing the other cracked limb and many more cuts to balance out and open the canopy. They sealed the large cuts, shredded the wood, and raked up all the debris. You couldn't even tell there was a mess there! Good job guys.

I called this company on a Tuesday and left a message to return my call regarding tree service I…read moreneeded. Four days go by and then late on Saturday night I get a call from them and it goes into into my voice mail. A man named Harold leaves a long rambling message that goes on for one minute and 8 seconds and he sounds intoxicated. He is slurring his words and saying weird things like "he was wondering if I was ok" and that "they return calls in the order they receive them" and other strange remarks. At the same time I started getting text messages of photos of his tree service company logo and other pictures of guys cutting trees down, etc. I received a total of five text photos which really used up my cell data. So I call this guy to tell him that I have already hired someone to cut my trees and not to call me again. When he answers he sounds intoxicated again. I told him the that he waited four days to return my call, was sending unsolicited large file photo text messages, and that he left me a long rambling voice mail. He is slurring his words so I gave him a piece of my mind and not to ever call me again. Would advise anyone from using this unprofessional company that waits four days to return a call then calls late Saturday night sounding intoxicated.

I also had a 3-day trip planned a few days later and didn't have time to cut the grass. They came a day later then they said they would. I didn't mind that, as long as it was cut right. It wasn't. I just got home a few days later. There are clumps of grass everywhere. The yard is uneven in multiple spots. Lastly, they didn't weed eat around the sides. This is, by far, the worst lawn service experience I've ever had.

I reached out to a few landscaping services via Yelp to get quotes for resodding. Delano from Worship Landscaping was quick to respond and able to come out right away to access my lawn. We came up with a plan and he was able to complete it within the same week. Delano was responsive and great with communication throughout the whole process. He provided different options along with thorough explanations and without pressure. He was even great with follow up after the work was completed to make sure there were no issues. And actually there was a minor issue with the new sod covering my sprinkler heads, and he came out to adjust it right away. While overall it was not a cheap fix for me, I'm absolutely thrilled that my lawn has grass again! Highly recommend Worship Landscaping!

I always try to buy local so was hoping to do right with someone in the area. Unfortunately,…read moresounding nice and doing right don't always go together. It started right, they rushed out for some sprinkler work and I asked about replacing my 18yr old fence. I got an estimate a little higher than the next closest so seemed inline, plus the quote had a little more detail. This was all preCOVID. After my deposit, they cancelled. starting multiple times, were consistently late and new excuses each time. We were 6 mo. In with more cancelations and some rain issues, but wouldn't have been if they honored earlier commitments. When the owner personally showed, he did work hard but I even had to mention after demo ended and they were mostly done, they left a batch of crap in the backyard that I had to ask several times to clean up. Cancelations got worse near the last 25% but then they convinced my wife to pay balance doe to personal financial challenges. After that everything was a struggle. More cancels and I complained about no caps on posts, no cement in post holes, missing boards, aesthetic issues,, gate issues and other stuff to drag to about a year for my fence. They wear you down with missed promises and I finally gave up. Now less than 2yrs old, I am having to hire another fence contractor to fix it. Don't get suckered like me.

I contacted them on a Friday, met in person on Tuesday, had a quote early Wednesday morning. Their prices are very reasonable, and after accepting the quote, being informed they would start early the next week. Instead, Thursday evening they asked if they could start Friday morning. Tony Escalante and his crew arrived at 8:00 am Friday morning. Every person was very polite and they all had a professional look, a shirt tucked into jeans. They worked steadily until the project was completed at 2:00 pm. The clean up was so thorough that you could not tell that any limbs had been removed.
