The dispatcher was friendly. That is the only positive thing I can say about their service. There was some sort of miscommunication that kept sending the drivers to the wrong place. Four drivers and an hour and a half later, the place I was trying to get to closed and I canceled my request. Then the last driver kept calling me and insisting that I pay his fare for trying to pick me up, after he had driven to the place that the dispatcher told me she had had specifically instructed him the wrong one. The asshole that picked me up got lost and had to call me for directions, and I'm from f*ucking West Virginia. Springs Cabs highly succeeds- in disappointing you. Book a cab with them for a 6 am flight and they guarantee (inspite of having a written confirmation) a driver will NEVER turn up. We had a fantastic driver named Rasheed ( who no longer works with Springs Cabs) and he was right on time every single time. Unfortunately, Springs cabs has only managed to NOT send any drivers EVER since. What they can do is ONLY APOLOGISE. It doesn't matter that you almost always missed your flight. He made several wrong turns and would not let me direct him as he says he knew where he was going. This "taxi" service is a joke and more like a gypsy cab. I used Springs Cab from the airport. I paid with a credit card. When I got home, I discovered they charged the card more than double the going rate. I called to try and straighten this out, but was told the bookkeeper would have to call me back. Never happened and now no one answers the phone. Called the night prior to schedule a 4:00 a.m. cab to the airport - advised it would be two adults and three pieces of luggage. 4:00 a.m. next morning, no cab. I called and was advised a driver was on his way and would be there in 7 minutes. At 4:15 a.m. still no cab. I called again and was advised the driver was just around the corner. Driver arrived at 4:20 a.m. in a tiny car that would only fit two bags in the trunk, forcing us to put one bag in the backseat between us. When I called the company, the dispatcher told me a cab had been dispatched & would be there soon. He said if I would hold, he would call the cab driver to see where they were. He then attempted to place me on hold, but I could hear him calling several drivers to see if they could come & get my wife & I. So...he lied to me. We ended up driving ourselves to the airport for a cost of parking fees of $6/day for 2 weeks. I was told to download the app for convenience but the cab would come and hour before I needed it, so I was told to call and set a reservation, now it comes 25-20 mins late or not at all. When I called the dispatch a man answered the phone whom I couldn't understand and said that he did his job, it was the drivers fault, nothing could be done and he hung up on me. I will never use this cab company again. Our hotel recommend them over Yellow Cab because they were cheaper. They showed up more than 30 minutes late and we had an appointment to meet. On the return trip they were almost an hour late. I called the company numerous times to find out where our cab was at. I was told by the dispatcher that our driver was delayed due to a traffic accident while enroute. When the cab finally arrived to pick us up I asked the driver about the traffic accident and he advised that there wasn't any traffic accident. I called the dispatch again and the story changed to they had a new computer system that they hadn't figured out yet. Do not use their app. I booked 2 days early and received a confirmation number. When I called them to pull up my confirmation number after they didn't show at pickup time, the guy puts me on hold and never comes back on the line. I searched the app using my confirmation number and it showed as "cancelled." I ended up missing my flight. read more

On 8 May I booked a cab on line to take me from my house to the Colorado Springs airport. I asked for 3:30 a.m. pickup and confirmation from the cab company. Within minutes I received an email confirmation I would be picked up at 3:30 a.m. The next morning - no cab. At 4 a.m. I made other arrangements. Telephone calls to both posted phone numbers resulted in getting nowhere. Both numbers ring to voice mail with no ability to leave one because the mail boxes were full. Unbelievable these guys can stay in business. Worst experience I've ever had. I sent the cab company a note from the airport saying, "Where were you? No answer at either phone number and can't leave you a message since your mail boxes are full. Not even the courtesy of a phone call to say you were not coming?" I still haven't heard a thing from the company. These guys obviously don't understand the service industry and shouldn't be in business. If you need to get somewhere - this is not the company to use.
