I can't believe I had a guy show up in my driveway, 10 minutes early....when I had cancelled the service TWICE by emailing and calling the company. I cancelled because there is no transparency - of fees, or of how to cancel once you book. I hired UBER instead; and if I wasn't careful, I would've hopped in only to have been charged from UBER and this company too. I suggested to the driver that he work for Lyft or Uber. Another no-show. I encourage anyone who's insurance backed rides to medical appointments suggest the use of another driving service in Northern Colorado. I had a timely need to get lab tests before my physician left for another post in another town. It took 12 hours of waiting, 6 phone calls and 2 grievances filed to Cigna until i finally got a ride with Lyft. ZTrip may have issues with driver supply. However their lack of concern about the inconvenience caused to customers ( riders) and the subsequent loss by no- shows at Dr office destinations are what I have come to expect. Do not count on this operation, or ever assume its management/drivers will do what they say they're going to do. I made a reservation 24 hours in advance, received an automated confirmation call on the morning of the theoretical pick-up, and nobody ever showed up. The reservation was for a veterinary visit, which was of no small importance, & which could not be readily rescheduled. All they could say when I called was that they were "still searching" for another driver; eventually one called & said they couldn't be there for another 30 minutes. I'm stunned at their BAD service. I got a cab yesterday morning. He arrived and took me to work. He gave me a $5 discount and the 10 mile ride was only $25 instead of $30 (he said it was a discount). This rate is almost double a Lyft ride. So this morning I do the same route and get a call 50 minutes later and 5 minutes after I was suppose to be at work. I was told I was driven the day before and the driver commented it out. I told them this was the second drive and they are like "OH! we can get you ride". And they wanted to put me in their automated loop again. Mind you I'm now 15 minutes late for work The offshore phone center whom I couldn't understand put me through to another foreign agent who was difficult to understand and screeching noise & chaos in the back ground. I told him I couldn't hear him with all the noise. He asked me if it was better 3 times - He finally sounded like he went into a quiet area so we could talk. I told him I was now late for work after calling almost an hour earlier for the cab. He said, "I'll get you covered - I said I want some sort of compensation for you guys screwing my ride up and making me late for work. He say and I quote - "That will never happen. I said, "I'm going to call a new taxi service." and I hung up. So here I sit @ 8:22 am I was suppose to be at work at 8am (they would have let me be 1/2 hour late under the circumstances - but communication with the cab service Ztrip was so pitiful. I just lost a $250 pay day to help me pay for my 2 flat tires on my RV sitting in the Costco parking 10 miles from my job site - - - This was Ztrip mess up saying I had already been delivered (but that was yesterday). Yesterday, I reserved a wheelchair-accessible van for my elderly mother's first appointment with her new doctor. It took two calls, since on the first one I was transferred to someone's voicemail. I called back and made the reservation, being careful to specify that Mom can't get out of her wheelchair, so the vehicle needs a wheelchair lift, and a driver who knows how to use it. An hour before our scheduled pick-up, I got an automated call from Z-Trip confirming our reservation. Today, 5 minutes before pick-up, as we're literally just going out the door to meet the van (Mom's CNA has gotten her out of bed, dressed, and done her hair and makeup) I got a call from a lady at Z-Trip saying that they have no wheelchair-accessible vans until next Monday at the earliest. I objected, telling her everything above. She barely managed an "I'm sorry" at the very end of the call. We normally use the City's handicap bus, which costs $7 round-trip instead of the $25 each way that Z-Trip charges, but theCity's schedule was full when I called. I took the afternoon off work for this appointment (during a very busy time of year for me) because Mom has gotten to the point that she can't leave the house alone; she just gets too confused. I just called the doctor's office and was able to reschedule the appointment for six weeks from now. So whatever health issues an 82 year-old woman is dealing with will just have to wait another six weeks. Z-Trip can go pound sand. read more

On December 27th a ZTrip Driver sideswiped my parked car and destroyed my sideview mirror. She tried to make it sound like it was my fault that she hit a parked car despite me not even being near my car. I went online to file a claim with the ZTrip insurance company but found that you must call the local office and have them file the claim. It took me two 15 minute attempts to make it through numerous call center transfers to even get through to the office and when I did, I got the voicemail of the Colorado Springs ZTrip General Manager. I left a polite message asking for him/her to get back to me as soon as possible and still have not heard back. ZTrip has put me in an incredibly unsafe position of having to drive to work with no sideview mirror. They have unsafe drivers and do not own up to their mistakes. read more

DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Scheduled a ride 3 hours in advance for an urgent appointment. Nobody showed up. I got a confirmation call about 1.5 hours before, which I confirmed the booking. Getting close to the latest time I would be able to still leave, I called multiple times to see what's going on. Just kept getting the message that they can't give a wait time cause they're still looking for a driver and that they'd put in another request for a driver. Ended up calling customer service and explained the situation, and they said I would be their top priority to get me a ride. I got a call about 10 minutes to confirm the ride, which I did again. Then got a call saying the driver is 13 minutes away. It's been over half an hour and no driver, no call no nothing. This is absolutely the worst service I've ever dealt with. I'd advise anyone in need of a cab to AVOID Z-TRIP AT ANY AND ALL COSTS. I've wasted a whole day with this service on the promise they'd deliver it on what they're supposed to be doing. The driver returned ro my hotel an hour later with my iPad and received a substantial I mad a reservation for a return trip to the airport that evening for a 6:15AM pickup in time for my 7:40 departure. Ztrip 'lost' our ride, after we confirmed several times. After 2 hours of waiting, they 'lost our ride and said it might be 45 minutes until they can find us a driver, but wouldn't know how long he might take at that point. Our original pickup was for 8:15 pm, and the distance was under 2 miles. We canceled and ordered a competitor, who arrived in 15 minutes. Following day we tried them again, confirmed MULTIPLE times, but when they failed to arrive, we called to find they 'lost' reservation AGAIN. We canceled immediately, called the same competitor, and was picked up in under 15 minutes. The competitor's driver said it's very common if your travel distance is short. read more

To be honest, if there is a zero star rating I would probably select that. However my ride from the airport when I arrived was with a Z trip driver and it was perfectly fine. However, and I can't stress this enough, do not under any circumstances rely on this service. You cannot reach a human being, their electronic app and booking confirmations are deceivingly slick and COMPLETE FICTION. I booked a ride in advance, and then in the moment after the advance booking did not arrive. Both were confirmed with automated phone calls. When I checked with my hotel after the ride was already late, I was informed that the hotel has a contract with Z trip and, "they never show up." I am in Colorado Springs for a vitally important meeting, and if not for the kindness of strangers, everything would have been ruined because this company has a slick service facade with absolutely nothing behind it. They should lose their license. PS, I am a loyal Uber customer but according to the app, Uber was not an option from my location. Very unfortunate. read more

I was really hoping to be able to write a positive review, as we've always had professional and dependable service from Ztrip. But that was BEFORE the pandemic. We recently reserved a vehicle three days ahead of time to take us and visitors from our residence to the Cog Train in Manitou Springs. As locals know, parking in that area is tight. We received a confirmation the night before, but on the day of the trip the company had difficulty finding a driver. We decided to drive ourselves after all, and fortunately made it on time and even found a parking place. Due to a temporary lack of wireless service, we were not able to cancel the Ztrip reservation. We received several notifications from them - for about an hour - advising us that they were still trying to locate a driver. We were finally able to cancel the reservation. A very frustrating experience. Why have a business, if you can't deliver on the services you offer? As another reviewer wrote, their app is pretty slick and easy to use; however, not dependable at all. read more

Ztrip is THE worst taxi service I have even used in 50+ years. I scheduled a taxi 24 hours in advance and Ztrip said it was confirmed. I received a couple of texts about the confirmation and I even called later in the day to double check confirmation for an early morning taxi to the airport. No taxi showed up at so I called and the machine, you cannot talk to a real person, said I was confirmed. 15 minutes late I called again, still confirmed. I called the airport because they usually have a direct number to Ztrip; customer service called for me, talked to a real person at dispatch and found out Ztrip did NOT have a driver and that they would try to find one in the next hour. That didn't help me even though I gave myself 2 hours just in case. I ended up missing my flight to Hawaii because of Ztrip's definition of 'confirmed' means they are looking for a driver. BTW I ended up calling all the taxi services in Colorado Springs and none answered or had driver's, no uber available either. Ended up paying a total stranger to take me to the airport. The sad thing is Ztrip through their automated system called me as said my scheduled trip that was now 4 hours late was still 'confirmed'. Ztrip is THE worst taxi company I have ever experienced. They did not show up on time and I ended up having to drive her (not supposed to drive as I just had knee replacement surgery 3 weeks ago). I made an appointment with z trip for pickup for the next day. The review said that I should be early because the vehicle may be early. So I came down 10 minutes early to make sure that I was down there so that my driver would see me. I waited no driver came. The app said that they couldn't even locate a driver so in order to create another trip you have to cancel the last trip. I haven't seen it yet but I'm waiting to see if they charge me for cancellation because that's what it says that Z-Trip does. But the problem is if you can't get anywhere you have to cancel the trip to try to get another one. Finally, I got someone within the next hour and on the drop off, it seemed that they charged me extra. It was supposed to be a $10 trip. I end up paying $23. When I got done with my appointment I got back on the app to get Z-Trip to get me back to where I needed to go and a driver picked up the ride. Everybody that was around me had left when my drivers update status said 4 minutes away. Then all of a sudden the ride request disappeared as if there was no reservation and no driver coming. This app will leave you stranded. That's not safe and it's not convenient. Y'all have to do better read more

Do Not trust this company for wheelchair rides. They never bothered to show up for a transfer of a 89 year old women to a rehabilitation center. This Lady was left sitting for over two hours before ztrips bothered to call and say they didn't have a driver.
