why the bad reviews? I don't get it. the owners here are a really nice family. they bought this place to make money, and all they get is losers who break into the cash part, or damage the machines. these machines cost a ton of money to repair and replace. HOW and WHY do people have to ruin everything? this place has great machines. the owners take care of this place. they keep it clean, they keep machines up to date, they have contact info at all times if you have an issue. they even allowed for a time for homeless people stay inside to keep warm and to use the wifi during their open hours. AND what they get is a bunch of losers, criminals, who come in and trash the place. I hope they have cameras, and that they prosecute every single person who does the tiniest thing wrong in there!! and I know I am paying attention. if I see something I will rat u out in 2 seconds! shame on you sick freaks! go somewhere else. ******* FYI this place has has new owners for years. when BIG giant Krystal and her kook of a brother were there it was a dump and they cheated people, lied, and scammed! ****THIS IS NOT who has anything to do with this place. read more

I always have my laundry done at a wash and fold in whatever city I'm working in, so I went here and dropped off my laundry, Krystle told me she would have my stuff done when I got off at 3 or 4, I got there at 4:30, she wasn't there, my stuff wasn't there, so I called 2 times, she wouldn't answer my call. Then she texted me and told me she had taken my stuff to her house, fallen asleep and my stuff wasn't done. I asked her several times when she would have my stuff done and no response until 5:45 when she said 6:30. I can't begin to tell you how unprofessional it was to take my stuff to her house first of all, who does that? I almost called the police to file thrift charges because she wouldn't communicate with me, she told me her 2yo had her phone. They're lucky I even paid. I don't know anything about the laundry mat, but DO NOT take your stuff there for wash and fold. read more

DONT'T USE this laundry mat unless it's an emergency! They short you quarters by putting nickels and dimes in the machine. Out of 40.00 dollars, I was shorted $5. There is no phone number to contact or complain. There is not an attendant in the facility. The restroom hasn't been cleaned in a while. Looks like a bomb went off in it! I was told the original owners kept every looking and running good.It seems the new owners are shady. I called the local city hall but they can't help either according to the representative in utilities. read more

I rarely use the laundry mat because I have a washer and dryer but today they aren't working properly. I had 3 loads of clothes that I washed at this laundry mat, one small lot of towels, a bedsheet, and socks/under garments. They washed fine in the top load washing machines. Then I put each load in a separate dryer, so that's 3 dryers in use: I used the ones to the left of the clock on the back wall. Each quarter only gives you six minutes and this is crazy because other laundry Mats give you 8 minutes per quarter. I spent $10 just to get all 3 loads completely dry, which is ridiculous! The owners of this laundry mat need to get new dryers or repair the ones you have. The dryers were blowing cold air on my clothes even though I picked high heat. I had to stop the dryers several times to select high heat again. I should not have to do that. I would never recommend this laundry mat and I wil make sure I tell everyone I know to patron another laundry mat in Palestine. read more

The cleanest and best laundry mat in the area. All the machines work, they don't take long and are reasonable prices. They also do drop off services. Minimum weight is 13 pounds I believe. There are vending machines, a few arcade games, tv, a couple of booths to sit in, magazines and a little area for kids to play. Coin machines work as well. There is always an attendant on duty here. My only complaint is that the owner is always here and he likes to hover around you and watch you very close, he's even made comments about how I'm loading laundry or what I should and shouldn't put in the machine, it's annoying and makes me uncomfortable. I drive all the way from Grapeland to come over here because it's the only place that I feel like my clothes get 100% clean and dry. read more

No numbers or website to let them know that the machines are broken. Clothes are locked and machine wont open. On top of that, no telling how much business they lost since none of the change machines work either. And of all the times i have been here, I have NEVER bumped into an owner or site attendant !!! read more

I used a dryer that took 6 quarters and didn't work and wouldn't give me my quarters back and they didn't answer my calls. I am going to get my money back and more if they don't stop and start acknowledging that their customers can't use some of their appliances. read more

Best laundry in town. Prices are HIGH but the owners are always there and the machines work. Clean place and some toys for kids to play with. Just don't go on Sunday as the place will be packed. Very nice place to do the laundry. read more
