HOW and WHY do people have to ruin everything? this place has great machines. the owners take care of this place. they keep it clean, they keep machines up to date, they have contact info at all times if you have an issue. they even allowed for a time for homeless people stay inside to keep warm and to use the wifi during their open hours. AND what they get is a bunch of losers, criminals, who come in and trash the place. Then she texted me and told me she had taken my stuff to her house, fallen asleep and my stuff wasn't done. I asked her several times when she would have my stuff done and no response until 5:45 when she said 6:30. I can't begin to tell you how unprofessional it was to take my stuff to her house first of all, who does that? I almost called the police to file thrift charges because she wouldn't communicate with me, she told me her 2yo had her phone. They're lucky I even paid. I don't know anything about the laundry mat, but DO NOT take your stuff there for wash and fold.

Finally was able to pick up 6 days after drop off. Upon pick up, 2 pairs of pants had issues. One was not pressed correctly, horribly wrinkled, the other had been press burned and had large scorch marks on the legs. They wanted to redo the pants. After 10 days and countless come backs, the excuses of still can't find them or they aren't back yet, continued. Finally got my 2 pairs of very expensive Jos A Banks pants back and the scorched pair was ruined. Not a friendly or quality customer service business. Being the only game in town is definitely too much for them to handle. Find somewhere else to do business. We will use our terrific cleaners back in Tyler! HW Palestine
