It was amazing. I was able too to reset my energy level and get my chakras aligned and lord got out that negative energy. Bonnie was the instructor and she was amazing. Lots of people showed up it was donations. You couldn't ask for a better deal . The building smelled so good with all the essential oils. Lots of mats and pillows. It was personal and quiet just what I needed no conversation just refreshing and relaxing and recentering. They sell crystals and oils . Offer tea and water . I definitely recommend.
