They're spongy and soft, and keep fresh...the second day, they taste amazingly as nice as the first day! It's difficult to pick a winner from the menu of cupcakes on offer...but I will :-) CHOCOLATE FUDGE BABY!! absolutely divine. I recently used Sprinkalicious Bakerys Wonderful and Yummy Cupcakes at my childrens boutique (Masiel Bebe in Maida Vale) to promote my Spring-Summer Collection. For the children i wanted cupcakes with smarties on and sprinkles and they absolutely loved them. For the mums and dads we had Baileys and Ferrerolicious and all i can say is they were gone pretty quick! I bought a red velvet cake for my husbands birthday party. It looked beautiful and tasted even better - not too sweet or heavy, just sublime! I get through a lot of cupcakes, I must get offered them two or three times a week. Most times, I don't like them much, they're far too about the icing, and most places don't pay ANY attention to the cake part of the equation. As a chocaholic that I am my favourite is the chocolate fudge cake. It's yummy-licious! However, the Malteser cake & the chocolate baileys are truly divine and mouth watering! I have shared the sprinkalicious magic with friends and family and I no longer "say it with a box of chocolates" but with a personalized box of cupcakes!
