Dr. Martin assessed my dog to see if she could do entropion surgery and said she could do it although it would be challenging. She said it may need some "tweaking" afterwards if enough wasn't removed but she would rather do that than take off too much skin. The cost was about $2000. After my dog healed from the surgery, it was like nothing had been done and he still suffers from the same problems with his eyes. When I called her to ask that she perform a revision, she refused to help me in any way, was extremely rude, said I was untrustworthy, and refused to refund my money. I've never encountered anything like this. I'm just out of $2000 and will now have to come up with more money to take him elsewhere. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!!! She is the one that is untrustworthy, extremely unprofessional and is obviously out to take people's money. read more

Took my dog in for annual check up. Staff was ok, business like, not friendly. Prices are a lot higher. Was charged extra for my dog exam because he's a senior... 9 years old and they didn't do anything extra than a regular checkup. In fact, no one did a oral exam for his teeth neither. A 10m exam at most, and was $90 senior fee. Most disappointing was the ear drops for an ear infection. Was charged $90 when I could of ordered online for $43. That kind of price gouging is ridiculous. Most vets I've been to give discounts to be cheaper than you can get elsewhere... not here! They also don't allow calls for prescription heartworm, flea and tick from pet pharmacies, make you come in to get script then you have to send to place your ordering from, so annoying. I'm sure that's so you just figure I'll get it here and save time while thet reap the profits! Save money and pre check prices... I should have (my fault) but thought they were a better vet than that. read more

I have been bringing my animals to Sprinkle Road Vet for over 1 years. And I have always left happy! I have 3 dogs. 1 is dog aggressive. 1 has separation anxiety. And they know how to handle each situation and make me feel comfortable and calm. The vet techs are absolutely amazing and know just how to properly handle my babies. I recently took my 4 year old Pitty Luna to have her ears checked out, DURING all this Covid-19 quarantine stuff. They handled themselves VERY well. The set up was smart and efficient. They took care of my baby even though I couldn't go back with her, which made her super scared and anxious. I was expecting a big... HUGE bill, her ears I already suspected were infected, she was in pain. I can't believe I paid under $200 for ear cleaning, 2 months of nexguard, sick visit and ear meds!? SO happy!! She came out with CLEAN ears, on meds and the doctor and tech throughly explained everything and answered ALL of my overwhelming questions lol I wholeheartedly recommend this vet clinic! This vet office does not follow proper vaccine protocols. They will not check former rabies vaccine records to make sure the person who is trying to vaccinate the animal in question is actually theirs. And they issue animal licenses mimbly bimbly to people who steal dogs. Fun fact. Josh the receptionist was unhelpful and rude over the phone. I am very unhappy with this vet office for not following industry standards, and checking paperwork before they allowed my dog to be vaccinated and issued a license after she was stolen. read more

We cannot stress enough how much we LOVE Sprinkle Road Vet Clinic and all of the people who work there! We have been taking our dog there for just under a year since adopting him, and they do such a fantastic job. We know he is always in good hands and we trust their professional judgment. This was our first visit to this clinic. We had adopted a cat from Animal Rescue project. We were getting the first free exam. Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The vet we saw was great as was his assistant. They treated the kitten gently and even trimmed his claws for free. I only have 4 stars because we have not seen all their services or staff. This just solidified my exact reasoning on why I left that review and why we are never coming back. I have taken my dogs to Sprinkle Road Vet Clinic for many years. They have been very kind and compassionate to my dogs, and very nice and helpful to me. Even when one of my dogs had an ongoing, hard to treat problem, they were so good to us. They did not rest until they found a treatment for him that worked. A previous vet was not able to help much. The Vets at SRVC are very good and knowledgeable. I recommend them to all my friends with pets. Great, recently renovated vet clinic! The staff are very knowledgable and always more than willing to address our concerns. My dog had an issue with chronic itching and they got him started on a medication which he tolerated well and seemed to help a lot. They also post fun things on facebook, like the annual contest for the cutest kitten and puppy. There are prizes up to third place and it was so cute to see my dog's name featured on their outdoor sign during the month after the competition. read more

The staff is very personal and make it a point to know you and your pet by first name and regularly call to check in after a procedure or a new med has been started. The facility is very clean and waiting times are either none or very short. They are extremely compassionate and will shed a tear and kleenex with you in the harder appointments and laugh and celebrate you during the good visits and with good news. Sprinkle Road Vet is very aware and sensitive to the expense of meds and services. They often offer alternative options and participate with care credit.
