And they know how to handle each situation and make me feel comfortable and calm. The vet techs are absolutely amazing and know just how to properly handle my babies. I recently took my 4 year old Pitty Luna to have her ears checked out, DURING all this Covid-19 quarantine stuff. They handled themselves VERY well. The set up was smart and efficient. They took care of my baby even though I couldn't go back with her, which made her super scared and anxious. I was expecting a big... HUGE bill, her ears I already suspected were infected, she was in pain. I can't believe I paid under $200 for ear cleaning, 2 months of nexguard, sick visit and ear meds!? SO happy!! She came out with CLEAN ears, on meds and the doctor and tech throughly explained everything and answered ALL of my overwhelming questions lol I wholeheartedly recommend this vet clinic! I wouldn't trust anyone else with my fur babies

She said it may need some "tweaking" afterwards if enough wasn't removed but she would rather do that than take off too much skin. The cost was about $2000. After my dog healed from the surgery, it was like nothing had been done and he still suffers from the same problems with his eyes. When I called her to ask that she perform a revision, she refused to help me in any way, was extremely rude, said I was untrustworthy, and refused to refund my money. I've never encountered anything like this. I'm just out of $2000 and will now have to come up with more money to take him elsewhere. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!!! She is the one that is untrustworthy, extremely unprofessional and is obviously out to take people's money.

When I had my dog Magglio, he had severe health issues from 9 months old until he passed at 13.5 years old this past January. Everyone at this hospital knew him, knew his issues, and always asked about him even when I was there for another pet. They made special accommodations for him when he refused to come inside, even before COVID. They went above and beyond to make sure Magglio's needs were always met. When it was time to say goodbye and let him go, I could see that it affected the entire staff. It seemed to me at least that losing him was saying goodbye to a part of THEIR family too. I couldn't ask for a better veterinary hospital or a better staff to take care of my fur kids. I will always recommend that someone take their pet here. You won't regret it.

All my extra time is now devoted to getting my dog through day six of a 10 day, extra regiment of Augmentin and a seven day regiment of doxycycline. A five-day antibiotic course is not supposed to be a universal rule for every canine UTI. It is generally intended for selected cases of uncomplicated bacterial cystitis after the dog's individual condition has been properly assessed. In my dog's case, I do not feel there was an adequate evaluation of how sick he actually was or whether his infection might have required a different approach. My concern is not simply that the treatment lasted five days, it is that a general guideline appeared to take the place of an individualized clinical assessment. ---- My dog came in with a serious UTI. Suffice to say we were back in another emergency vet once the very short course of antibiotics had run out. This time his bladder was seriously inflamed and had spread to one kidney. He is now on a longer course of antibiotics, pain killers and anti-inflammatory drugs. I am typically reluctant to comment negatively on a vet practice as I know how difficult the job is, but aside from the tech working that night (she was amazing) it felt like a nightmare. The short course of antibiotics my pet was given directly lead to an incomplete cure and eventually more serious progression.
