She said it may need some "tweaking" afterwards if enough wasn't removed but she would rather do that than take off too much skin. The cost was about $2000. After my dog healed from the surgery, it was like nothing had been done and he still suffers from the same problems with his eyes. When I called her to ask that she perform a revision, she refused to help me in any way, was extremely rude, said I was untrustworthy, and refused to refund my money. I've never encountered anything like this. I'm just out of $2000 and will now have to come up with more money to take him elsewhere. I would never recommend this clinic to anyone!!! She is the one that is untrustworthy, extremely unprofessional and is obviously out to take people's money.

When I had my dog Magglio, he had severe health issues from 9 months old until he passed at 13.5 years old this past January. Everyone at this hospital knew him, knew his issues, and always asked about him even when I was there for another pet. They made special accommodations for him when he refused to come inside, even before COVID. They went above and beyond to make sure Magglio's needs were always met. When it was time to say goodbye and let him go, I could see that it affected the entire staff. It seemed to me at least that losing him was saying goodbye to a part of THEIR family too. I couldn't ask for a better veterinary hospital or a better staff to take care of my fur kids. I will always recommend that someone take their pet here. You won't regret it.

Called to get my ailing cat in for evaluation and was told to preregister on line and I would be…read moreput in a queu. When our turn came up they would call me and tell me to bring my boy in. This went on all afternoon and finally when we were 2 nd in queue I drove there and waited our turn. my cat started panting because it was warm in the car so I asked if I could him into the cooler building. Right away I was asked to register again and sign a form to stabilize my cat, at an exorbitant cost. I declined because I knew he was just overheated and nervous about being away from home. Long story short, we waited in a cold room for 3 or more hours while we kept being put to the back of the queue and when someone finally came in to discuss my options the cost was sky high for them to run tests on my boy. I opted to leave and make an appointment with my regular vet on Monday. Of course all this ended up costing me $180.00 and change and no help for him. Forgot to add that he was taken from me when we arrived, I wasn't allowed to be with him and they supposedly did an ultrasound on him without asking me if I wanted that done. luckily, I wasn't charged for that.
