Brandon from Sprinkler doctors rebuilt our irrigation valve for us in about 15 minutes and we were charged $128. When we paid by credit card he said he would email our receipt us. I have requested the receipt from Sprinkler Doctors for 2 days now and no one has responded to my request. I'm now leery of using this company again as they were fast to respond to my request for service through Yelp but after they got paid they are no longer responding. We contacted Sprinkler Doctors because we were experiencing the pipes in our home banging when our drip system was on after we had a section of our backyard paved. One of their technicians, Brandon, came and determined it was our timer. He installed a new timer, which was reasonably priced, in a short amount of time and made sure everything was working before he left. The office contacted me within an hour of my request and we setup an appointment for the next day. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my drip system but every time it went on the pipes in the house started banging (water hammer). Govani was on time the next day. He said it could be one of two issues and he checked out he cheaper of the two first. Sure enough it was the timer. It went bad and was sending uneven current through the system which caused the water hammer effect. He had the exact model on his truck and replaced it in under 30 minutes. We checked it out by running the system before he left and it works great once again. Govani couldn't have been nicer, he even reset the timer program for less water as it's starting to cool down. read more

Our irrigation had a few leaks. I had gotten an estimate from our regular landscaping company that seemed insanely high. I called to schedule an appointment with Sprinkler Doctors. They explained the hourly rate and that there are no free estimates. I took the first appointment that was two weeks out. Brandon arrived in the scheduled window. I showed him the leaks and pointed out what the regular landscapers said needed to be fixed. He started with the leaks and then said with those fixed nothing else needed to be done. In other words, he was honest and didn't recommend unnecessary repairs. The prices were very reasonable. I was a little hesitant with booking out a bit and the no free estimate thing but I'm so glad we went with Sprinkler Doctors--they literally saved us from being conned out of thousands of dollars. read more

Maria is a nasty person! Do not call them to service your yard! She does not value customer service and hung up on me when I tried to place a service call! Been a client since 2019. Will find another company who values long term clients!!!! Melanie FINALLY responded to my call and will ABSOLUTELY NOT PROVIDE me with a written quote when I REPEATEDLY asked for a tech to replace all of my lines. All valves have been replaced by them. I've been a LOYAL customer since 2019!!! Sprinkler box is 1 year old. Will never do business there again!!! Rudest customer service ever and they cannot comprehend what it takes to build a business! I've used Sprinkler Doctors for several years to fix various leaks, upgrade drip line emitters, fix sprinklers, and install a new irrigation controller. It's always been the same guy who comes out and he is amazing. I'm not sure if he's just the guy who takes care or the North Valley, or if he's the main dude who does it all... but he's great. It's really difficult to find good, reliable companies, and that is especially true for irrigation and landscaping. On top of that, the prices are always really reasonable. To the point where I feel like I've been misquoted at the end of every job. Most of the time it's just the service fee + parts which is a great deal for the quality of work. read more
