They are extremely professional and reliable!!! Couldn't be more satisfied! They also so far more than just sprinklers.

After checking with a few other options on yelp, I settled with Sprinkler Guys mainly because of the reviews and they responded very quickly to my request for a quote. I had a number of sprinkler heads that needed to be replaced as well as a broken pipe. They showed up when they said they would, gave me a quick quote and on the spot repaired my sprinkler heads, no wait at all. Roberto and his son Jose were amazing. Roberto had suggested that I switched to a drip system in our planters that would cut my water usage down 30% and with the price of water, and everything else going up, I thought it was a good idea. He stated why would you water your house and dirt whereas a drip system directly waters the plants. He came the next day and installed the system for a very reasonable price. My experience with them was awesome and I highly recommend them. read more

While Jose and his crew were fixing our irrigation in my last review, he mentioned that they also do landscaping and yard construction. I asked him for some estimates to take out some massive bougainvillea and the broken fence behind it, and build a new fence + put some clean landscaping in - some gravel, pavers, and some grasses. They did a killer job and the end result is really sharp: clean, minimalistic, and a VERY solid job on the fence - posts in concrete, redwood - that thing's gonna last. Jose and Roberto & their guys have a great work ethic, are really nice, and you can tell that they love what they do. I requested a quote and the response time was fast. My frontyard and backyard was extremely overgrown. So tall that my large dogs disappeared into the weeds LOL. I requested that the yards be completely cleaned. Jose made sure the work was done. I was so happy with how the front/backyard looked at the end. We reached out to several landscapers for quotes and found Sprinkler Guys to have very fair pricing and was able to come out quickly for an assessment. They did a great job transforming our front yard and while ripping up dead shrubbery and plants, they found our drip line had holes all over it so they came back the next day and installed a new in-ground drip line for us. They also helped us adjust our timer to reduce water waste. They're transparent and great with communication. So happy we found them. read more

Our sprinklers weren't working properly and I contacted my usual sprinkler service but they weren't available for another week. I decided to look on Yelp and messaged a few but didn't have any luck till I found the Sprinkler Guys. They were responsive within the few minutes I contacted them and they set me up with an appointment for next day. They came and went right to work and fixed all the issues we were having. Jose and his dad Robert were very courteous and explained everything thoroughly. I went ahead with the service they recommended and they were fast and done within an hour. This company is dishonest. Sprinkler Guys was hired to provide lawn service to my home. Their fee included tree and hedge trimming, along with mowing, removing and dumping. I informed the tech that arrived for a quote, that I have been really ill. I put trust in the company to do what I paid them for but was let down. I was not able to micromanage their work. My yard was cut but there was no trimming of the tree and hedges. They also did not remove and dump. The crew loaded my garbage and lawn bins with all of the grass clippings. Once I realized that my trash cans were used, I sent them a message to remind them that I was ill and could not move those heavy cans for pickup. Sprinkler Guys promised that someone would come from the company to move my bins to the street for me, but no one came or called. I had to find someone to help me move the extremely overstuffed bins. I do not recommend Sprinkler Guys. They are not truthful. read more

Horrible customer service. Came to fix my sprinklers. Said it was fixed would come back if there was still an issue. When I called and said the leak was still there, kept telling me he would come by an a certain day and just not show up. When I called to see what happened. Said he was sorry and planned another day to come be then didnt show up again. Now he said he was "sick" but didnt tell me he was sick until I called to see what happened. Dont chose this guy. Roberto Rebollo was recommended by my former Sprinkler guy, who moved out of the area. He has responded twice this year to sprinkler leaks in my drip system. He responds quickly and is reasonably priced. Yesterday he also provided bulk bark to cover my Mediterranean garden. Two workers spent 6 hours here pruning and generally cleaning up the garden before adding the bark. It looks great and smells like a lumber yard- good woodsy smell.
