I called for quotes on several issues that had cropped up over time in my hard... dry spots in the lawn, and sprinklers that had completely stopped working in the backyard. I called Sebastian Sprinklers based on his many excellent reviews to come see the property and give me a quote. He returned my initial call the same day and we set up a time with my tenants for him to review the work that needed to be done. He maintained contact with both me and my tenants throughout the process and provided me with a detailed description of the work to be done after he visited the property...the price was reasonable considering the work he would be doing. He would replace all the sprinkler heads in the front yard, repair the severed electrical wire in the back yard, and extended a watering line in the back that was needed. The work was excellent, he and his crew arrived on time. My tenants said they were wonderful..worked hard, were friendly and took the time to show them how to work the automatic timers and adjust the timing and days as needed when the weather changes. When he was finishing up he sent me videos of the various areas of the yard with the various water stations running and covering the previous dry areas. SEBASTIAN IS THE REAL DEAL... Our sprinkler system was in need of some serious repair after years of neglect from the previous owners. There were multiple leaks, improperly programmed settings, bad heads and misdirecdted spray patterns. I was only in town for a couple of days and Sebastian came out with his team on a Sunday morning the day of the Superbowl to get the job done. Super huge gratefulness and appreciation for being accomodating. First he assessed the system and gave us an estimate as to how much he thought it would be to fix all of the issues. His quote was withing $100 of what we expected. We approved the work and they got started. Four hours later, Sebastian was walking us around, station by station, advising us what they fixed. They touched 90% of all the heads we have on lur system. Everything was perfect. He also added waterng lines to two potted plants we have so that we no longer had to manually water. Sebastian also helped us reset our controller, get it connected to WiFi again and he timed out the stations so we don't over water and to help save money on the watering bill. From the start we felt that we could trust Sebastain to do a great job, and he came through. We are totally, absolutely and completely satisfied. This company canceled the appointment 20 minutes before they were scheduled to arrive, even though I had to reschedule my entire work day to be there. They claimed it was for truck trouble, but I find that hard to believe they would only find that out 20 minutes beforehand, since they would've had calls earlier in the day.
