THE WORST moving company EVER!!!! They broke my very expensive grandmothers dresser drawer while moving. Didn't tell me they broke it then I found out after the fact. Had to call them. They have people in the offices that can answer your questions, you dont have to wait for someone to call you back. Stay away from this company. You can believe nothing they say. Had my furniture in storage for almost a year. Was supposed to be air conditioned. Found out when the furniture was moved from storage only about 10% was stored in an air conditioned facility. I had $2500 of moving damages but the company would not pay for the damages even though I had purchased extra insurance from them. Took them to small claims court and won the judgment but have never collected from them. The company doesn't own anything, all their trucks are leased and they have no offices, only a UPS box. The company is owned by James Fischer and is managed by his sons. The company has two other aliases, Jupiter Moving Company and Florida Licensed Moving Corporation. Two of the brothers also own Fischer Brothers Moving Company. I would stay away from all these companies. read more

Had them move my parents recently and couldn't be happier overall. We called them a few days ahead of time, and set everything up. Good crew, was pretty happy with their moving skills. The company that I normally use was booked up so I was a little nervous, but when it got started I felt a lot better. Office is helpful and the crew worked hard. read more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! This company is not even worthy of ONE star. While on the phone with my colleague, an employee of Sprint Moving Company actually asked how much she was being paid to be making the phone call, because she was not being paid enough to deal with this. After coordinating for WEEKS if not a month to have an ottoman delivered to their facility, when the shipment arrived, I was shocked to find out that Sprint Movers had REFUSED my shipment and I am having to incur the costs of shipping the ottoman back to the manufacturer before finding a suitable replacement for a moving company. They also told us it would cost $500 to deliver ONE ottoman from their facility to the residence in Jupiter.... On top of terrible customer service and unethical business practices, their employee was the rudest person I have encountered. read more

At Sprint Moving Company we'll stop at nothing to ensure the prompt delivery of 'someone's' belongings (we DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR ITEMS WILL BE DELIVERED TO YOUR ADDRESS ) to wherever our truck breaks down!! We pride ourselves on being careless and reckless, but, boy oh boy - are we ever fast!! (if the truck is working); that means we don't particularly care what gets broken (it came that way!), what laws we break (hey...the Handicapped parking space is open...YES!!), how badly we scratch, ding, dent, break EVERYTHING you own (or whoever's stuff that was). Yes, we are THAT complacent! Nor do we care how many extra fees we can tack on (Uh, yeah...I had to add $50.00 to the cost of your move because I had to take the Ferry from York St to Ridout). You'll feel sick knowing our drivers have been taught to ignore you, and maybe even a little worse when we tell you they get a cut of EVERY EXTRA FEE they can think of!!! We REWARD CREATIVITY! Yes, if our truck starts in the morning, we're so fast you'll be scratching your head wondering HOW we can DO IT so badly and still GET AWAY WITH IT LEGALLY! SO ARE WE!!!! We haven't got a clue! But...what we DO KNOW is we do not care about you, your stuff, the laws we break, the people we hurt, or the damaged goods that might actually get delivered to you (despite our best efforts to 'loosen our load' and save some money on gas, lol). This was the worst moving experience I have ever had. They waited until my belongings were loaded on the truck - then demanded cash to take it back off. They violated their own contract terms. They left my furniture dangerously half assembled and took the hardware with them, so I am unable to correct it. Overall the most stressful and upsetting move I have ever had - and I have moved over 20 times. Please do yourself a favor and stay far away from these rude, unethical, and incompetent scam artists. read more

Do NOT be misled by other reviews on the website.... these movers did a terrible job, damaged our new home, and showed up 90 minutes late. Definitely would not recommend the company to anyone; when we called for a customer service problem the person answering the phone was nasty, hung up on me. The two guys doing the move were slow, played with their phones by the truck; they damaged the walls and staircase carrying the furniture in. When I called the company afterwards, the secretary was pleasant, said it would be taken care of, to send pictures of the damage, someone would come out to the house, but it's a month later, nothing was done. When my daughter called this morning regarding the claim, the person in charge was a rude individual, said claim was denied, to stop calling. We called only twice. This moving company did at least $500 of damage between gouges in the walls, paint, and nicked wood. My advice, pay a little more, go with another company, not this one. Won't be fooled again by ***** ratings!!! read more
